“The room was clean and maintained well. I did not like that I booked as pay at the property and they charged the card I reserved it with in the morning and I arrived at 9pm. They said they always do that. That's not pay on arrival of the property.”

“I stayed at the hotel and paid a credit-card deposit at check-in. However, the deposit has still not been released or refunded even after 20 days. I contacted the hotel twice regarding this issue, but received no response at all. I am leaving this review because the lack of communication and follow-up has been very disappointing.”
