단점부터 말하자면 위치는 골목이라 어두울 땐 조금 무서울 수 있어요. 그래도 이스탄불 치안이 나쁘진 않아서 불미스러운 일은 없었습니다. 장점은 많습니다. 지하철 역, 트램 역이 매우 가까워서 이동이 매우 쉽습니다. 그리고 주변에 상점 및 식당이 많아서 숙소 근처에서 모든 것을 해결 가능합니다. 아야 소피아, 블루 모스크, 그랜드 바자르 등 주요 관광지가 걸어서 가도 힘들지 않을 정도 거리에 있어 좋았습니다. 룸 청소도 청결하고 분실물도 없었습니다. 직원분들도 유쾌하고 친절했고요. 정말 추천드려요.

Dear Donghyun, Thank you for your comments. We are happy you enjoyed the proximity to the sights of Istanbul and were able to walk everywhere! We are located in the old city, thousands of years, so although it may seem like some streets are deserted and quiet, it is actually just part of the process of change and modernization. Building has many restrictions in place by the government so it keeps an old town vibe, which is good for maintaining the history of the area I suppose. In any case hopefully you had safe travels home and we are always happy to help you with anything regarding Istanbul or other travels to Turkey! Best, Jenna

방이 작은 점만 빼고는 아주 좋습니다.직원들도 친절하고 올드타운 중심지와 바로 골목 옆이라 이동도 좋습니다.

Good for a mini-break
The hotel is ideally located in the north of the old town very near the tram with easy access across the bridge to Karaköy. The service was great (fast check-in, available for questions, happy to arrange a yellow taxi to the airport on short notice), albeit I preferred to find recommendations online than refer to the hotel staff. The room itself was comfortable, modern and clean.

El hotel es 100% recomendable. He leído comentarios sobre la escasez del desayuno, lo cual es rotundamente injusto. El desayuno es muy completo y puedes pedir a la carta varios platos que están fabulosos. El servicio es de 12 sobre 10. Todo el mundo se esfuerza por agradar y por hacer la estancia fabulosa. Los chicos del desayuno son muy atentos y profesionales. Los dueños también, al igual que la persona que se ocupa de las habitaciones o el de recepción. Han sobrepasado nuestras expectativas. El hotel está bien situado, a 10’ andando de todo. Un acierto. Gracias

The most perfect stay in the most perfect location
This was the most incredible stay we have experienced. The guest services were incredible. They provided us with the most attentive service, giving us recommendations of all kinds. We took their advice and not once were we disappointed. I could not believe how much the staff at this hotel would do for us. It was simple, perfect.

Excellent service
Service is excellent and highly commended. Front desk has been extremely helpful in securing ring side table for dinner cruise. Staff volunteers to get us hard to come by special Turkish Delights. Overall, excellent experience at this establishment.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, en la zona vieja de la ciudad, muy cerca de los principales monumentos. El desayuno muy escaso, la zona de bufé fundamentalmente consistía en pan y un poco de mermelada. No había ni tan siquiera un croissant o mantequilla, se hechaba en falta cereales, zumo, agua,...Si qué ofrecen huevos revueltos, o tortilla, bajo petición. Por eso no se ven fotos del bufé en Expedia o Booking, porque es casi inexistente. En cuanto al personal es muy atento y agradable.

Dear Ruben,We actually serve 3 kinds of homemade jam (apricot, strawberry and sour cherry), 5 sorts of cheese, 4 sorts of salami, granola, cereals (corn flakes and choco pops), butter, fruits, yoghurt, nuts, oat meal and even quinoa and flax seeds. We unfortunately do not serve croissants, instead we have fresh turkish bagels, called simit,baked every morning.And we have 2 waiters serving 8 tables, so you could have asked for water anytime, as you mentioned above, we are always happy to help.Best regards

Le bruit du chantier du voisinage est insupportable, très déçu on n'a pu se reposer le matin et l'apres midi c'est infernal. En plus il y a une odeurs désagréables provenant des douches et la chambre était très étroit A part ça le reste etait parfait.

Modern, clean, friendly, and located perfectly!!!
Let me summarize my experience: new and modern building and facilities, first class five-star service, best location, and world class breakfast! Emrey and his team could not have made our experience any better. He takes great pride in the service he offers and it shows from the room to the breakfast. The room features sound-proof windows, high capacity air conditioning, comfortable beds, and is immaculately clean. The service from his staff is excellent. They are super friendly, and go above and beyond to take care of you. The location is in Emononu, the central part of Fatih for tourists. It's so easy to walk everywhere! You can go to Sultanahmet (super touristy place with all the landmarks), walk to Kadikoy, take one of many boats on the Bosphorus, and easily take the metro anywhere in the city. The hotel can help you avoid all the tourist traps and provide recommendations on places to eat that will wow you. My wife and I look forward to staying again soon!!!!

Great modern facility. Extremely close to all the tourist attractions. Walking distance to Blie mosque, basicilica cistern etc. Amazing staff members. Will definitely stay here again!

Habitación limpia, pero, muy pequeña.
La estadía estuvo bien. Para destacar la excelente atención del personal. Nos pareció muy chica la habitación, sin placard para la ropa y apenas entraban las dos valijas. Baño muy pequeño también. Estando en el primer piso subía el olor a comida de la cocina, para tener en cuenta. Desayuno básico, pero bien atendido.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay, one of the best hotels I visited in Istanbul historical area. It's a small boutique hotel, very cozy and comfortable.

The location is perfect for tourists on a short visit of Istanbul since the hotel is within walking distance of most of the main attractions of Istanbul. The staff is very helpful.

Service from receptionist, bar staff and cleaning staff excellent very friendly always looking to help. Location excellent very near the famous top of the list attractions. I would rate it 4 to 5 stars and would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Neues, schönes Hotel. Kein Verkehr in der Nebenstraße aber dennoch top Lage im innersten Zentrum der Stadt. Aus dem Fenster ist schräg sogar der Bosporus zu sehen. Üppiges Frühstück mit Platz-Service (kein Buffet). Guter Kaffee & Tee ohne Limit. Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles sehr gepflegt :)

Exceptionnel !
Séjour exceptionnel de 5 nuits au Barbera hôtel. Dès que vous franchissez la porte vous savez que vous avez fait le bon choix. A l’image de la propriétaire Jenna, le personnel vous enveloppe dans un tourbillon de gentillesse et d’attentions. Vous ne passez jamais par l’accueil sans un mot gentil ou un conseil. Un grand merci à Gursoy, qui parle très bien le français pour ses conseils de visite et gastronomiques, il a même pris le soin de réserver nos restaurants le soir. Un grand merci à Kursad pour sa bonne humeur et à Yalsin pour sa délicatesse. Nous avons apprécié nos discussions avec chacun des membres de l’équipe qui nous ont permis de mieux comprendre la vie en Turquie aujourd’hui. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est parfaite. A 10 min de marche de Sainte Sophie ou du pont Galata et des embarcadères de ferry. A 2 min du métro et du tramway. L'hotel moderne est très récent, très propre. La chambre est décorée avec beaucoup de goût comme tout l'hôtel. Le lit King size est hyper confortable, la salle de bain très propre et la douche très agréable. Nous étions au premier étage mais la rue est très calme. Merci à la jeune fille si discrète et si souriante pour le service très attentionné des petits déjeuners. Alors oui, la vue depuis l’hôtel n’est pas top, mais nos hôtes n’y peuvent rien et le wifi a parfois des lenteurs. Nous vous recommandons absolument cet hôtel. Vous serez séduits à coup sûr !
