I continue to stay st this hotel when I visit the area. It continues to excel and exceed expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, and the property as a whole is kept in excellent condition. I can recommend it to anyone who enjoys a peaceful, clean, experience, and I learned how pet friendly they are as we brought our recent “new family member” Maltese Terrier along for the first time. They couldn’t have been more accommodating.

This is the best boutique hotel in the Kalamis region of Kadıköy İstanbul. İt reeks of quality and the staff is held to the highest standards. We met the owners and they are very warm and talented professionals.

I continue to stay at this property whenever I am in Istanbul. The staff are outstanding, from the desk to the room attendants, they are always willing to go the extra mile. My wife decided that their sheets were so soft and comfortable, that she wanted to know where she could purchase some for our home. They were so accommodating that they offered to sell her some from their own stock that had not been used as yet. Then she decided she needed the matching pillowcase, and they once again offered to sell her some new ones. Now I am not suggesting that you go to the hotel, and ask to buy their linens, I am only pointing out how they “make the extra effort” to accommodate a guest when they can. We took our small dog with us, and the restaurant made an extra effort to make food for him. Without a doubt, they are a “first class” operation and if you want to be treated like a valued person, give them the opportunity to serve you.. As a side note, I have been to this hotel a few times previously, but I continue to be surprised by their “quality people” and how they have been trained in customer service.

The staff are very accommodating, the hotel is close to shopping etc., but not on a busy road. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. The only suggestion is that they need a cabinet in the room for folded clothing, as it is difficult to black, with little space to put clothing. There is enough space in the room to include this item, without making the room feel small.

Location location location ! I would stay here because of the location of the noise does not bother you. I chose this hotel because they said in the description that the rooms were sound proof however the music from the area bars continued till 2-3 am and kept us awake.

The staff were super friendly, they helped reserve a taxi for me the last night because I had an early flight. Helped out so much. The only thing I found that was an in incidence was the elevators. Sometimes they would allow me to go to my floor (4) and sometimes the button wouldn’t work. I’d still recommend this hotel though.
