There are two buildings belonging to the hotel. The pictures from the website did not match the room we were given. Had to complain to get them to change to the room we were supposed to check in to. Also, access to cabs is terrible at this location as the taxis cannot pick up and drop off from the front of the hotel. Would not stay at this hotel nor this location again.

In the booking I was told I’d receive a welcome gift, free drink and free mini bar. I didn’t receive a welcome gift or free drink and the mini bar in the room was completely empty and was off. It states late check out but I was told by reception staff that late check out is at 12 but this is the normal check out time for most hotels.

Dissapointing in every aspect!

This is a hotel for 1 night stand, that's it's main purpose!! Stained and ripped off bed sheets! Coffee at breakfast is instant coffee and really poor choice of food, only boiled egg available! Loud music EVERY NIGHT untill 1 am at least from pedestrian street. During check in I was given access to a wrong room. Staff almost does not speak English. Room sizes are much smaller than advertised here: a studio is 30 sq m instead of 54 as advertised.

Odadaki çarşaflar hiç temiz değildi ve üzerinde saçlar vardı. Bunu söylediğimizde yeni çarşaf getirdiler. Ancak yine aynı şekilde saç vardı bir sürü. Bu konuda pek dikkatli değillerdi. Para veriyoruz ve rahat uyuyamıyoruz. Bir daha tercih etmeyiz.

Ucuz etin yahnisi olmaz

Otele giriş yaptım ve sizin göndermiş olduğunuz formu olumsuz olarak değerlendirdim., O gün odam temizlenmedi. Gerekçe olarak kapı önündeki düğmeye basmamamış olmam gösterildi. Otel de 16 oda var ve çoğu boş. Bence kasıtlı olarak odam temizlenmedi. Odaya her gün ikram edilen suyu bile koymamışlardı. Odam meyhanelerin bulunduğu sokağa baktığı için sabah kadar gürültü vardı ve küfürlü konuşmaları gece boyunca dinledim. Tuvaletlerden ağır koku geliyor.
