Memorable place

Amazing place to be, only the nearby places like the car showrooms makes the outlook little bad, but the hotel service itself is all great. It is no doubt near to Taksim square with free shuttle service provision. Specially Mr.Onder was really respectful and overall every person there are really kind and welcoming.

Great location ,excellent Breakfast, my wife enjoyed Hamam massage ! Hotel management Specifically Lady supervisor forget to ask her name was very concerned I can say overall Enjoyed My stay only one concern day we went early morning at 4 AM take out breakfast please improve it veg sandwich was not good please since i paid my breakfast in advance ! it’s great Hotel i will recommend any one !!!

The room was so clean and comfortable. Also they gave me free upgrade, the room was quite biger than normal room :) The 1st floor bar also good, and there were many restaurants near by the hotel.

The carpet in the corridors to the rooms were old, cut and have old dirty spots everywhere. Rooms carpets were the same! The AC of One of our rooms was not working and they did nothing to repair or to change the room in the first night! We spent that night without AC.!! We left the hotel next day because of the bad experience but they rejected to refund any of the remaining 4 nights. We sacrificed all the money to get out of this badly maintained property. Expedia were unable to help in convincing the hotel and refund our money or even a part of it.
