First of all, thank you for commenting and giving us the opportunity to explain ourselves to you.As you stated in your comment, our hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul. Therefore, it is always a busy area. However, the sound proof of our rooms is very good. But of course, in such a location, if you open the window, it is inevitable to hear sounds from the street.Regarding your comments about our rooms ; After complaining about the bed on the first night -which we rarely get complaints about the comfort of our beds - we immediately offered to change your room.Then you you choose the room with two beds joined together. We have just tried to do our best for you.Additionally, the size of our rooms is exactly as stated on the reservation page. Moreover we upgraded your both rooms for free.
