Too small room
Room is too small. There is just 1 double bed. Thats all. I think if i go to taxim again. I dont choose this hotel again

The level of attention to people's requests was awful, from the day he entered the hotel until the last day, we requested to turn on the heating system in the room, but they did not do anything and the heating system in our room did not work. The quality of the breakfast was awful, the attitude of the staff was very bad. It was the worst hotel ever

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was walking distance from metro, bust station, Taksim Square and Istiqlal street. What I did not like was the elevator, it was too small and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on it. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I would consider it for my next trip to Istanbul.

Bad service and less kindness and understanding
It was not as we had expected Staff was not good at the breakfast time stuff was all way less and once finished with stuff not being topped up said it’s finished no more to come out every day

Bathroom leaking when shower report issue 3times still no response... Had to get in touch with expedia to get them to fix it still not been fixed plus bad smell of sewage coming from bathroom...

Laut und heiß
Klimaanlage nur von der Rezeption aus zentral an- oder abstellbar, keine Temperaturregelung möglich( es geht nur an oder aus und das auch nur, wenn man der Rezeption Bescheid sagt. Nachts sehr laut durch DIskothek in der Nähe, bis 5 Uhr morgens ohrenbetäubender Lärm. Schlafen kaum möglich.

The best part is the location. Out of the hotel, turn right, walk straight, you will reach the Havabus to IST in 5 minutes or less.

Wir hatten beide Basic Suiten im obersten 8. Stock. Tolle Aussicht. Da es nur einen Lift hat kam es meistens zu längeren Wartezeiten vor dem Lift. Tolle Hotel, perfekte Lage in der Nähe zum Taksim Platz

Good Overall
The room was too small for 3 people but the bed was very comfortable and clean which is very important. A bad point was they didn't have toothbrushes and breakfast was the same every day.

Perfekt läge att bo på, det var nära till det mesta. Lite tunna väggar på rummen, men det var fräscht och fint och hade det som behövdes på rummet. Mycket trevlig personal och jag hade lätt kunnat stanna där igen.

Not my first time choosing this hotel and loved my second experience. My room was big and I was surprised that it got a big terrace with a good view. The location is aslo one of my favorite things at the hotel. The downside was the breakfast, very basic and not much of a variety. This time I booked also a room for my cousin and her husband, and unfortunately there room was really small, was at the first floor so it was noisy and they were disturbed by other guests at the same floor and the light from the sign of the facing building.
