호텔의 위치가 주요 관광지와 가까워서 도보로 이동할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 서비스도 좋습니다. 하지만 건물 방음이 잘 안되는지 첫날 숙박일이 토요일이었는데 새벽 2~3시까지 근처의 바와 클럽에서 음악소리가 너무 크게 들려서 잠을 거의 자지 못했습니다. 평일은 괜찮았구요.

Great hotel with a budget price
We were 5 people and stayed in a connected room for a night. Rooms were clean and well managed, but breakfast was not vary, just simple.

2일 머물렀어요. 저의 터키 여행 마지막쯤이라 좋은곳에 머무르고 싶어서 가격이 비싸더라도 이곳을 택했어요. 대체적으로 만족했는데 화장실의 위생은 별로였어요. 욕조의 물때가 너무 심함. 위치는 주변 관광지를 가기 딱 좋았는데 호텔 주변 식당에서 호객행위가 너무 심해요. 나중에는 지나가기가 싫어서 다른길로 다니고 그랬어요. 호텔스닷컴 등급이 실버라 호텔 마사지가 할인이 되서 마사지도 받았어요. 할인이 된다면 꼭 한번 받아보세요!

How come this hotel was chosen as a 5 star hotels.
I have made over 60 hotel bookings through Hotels.com but this is my first hotel review. Considering the hotel's facilities, I do not know how it was chosen as a 5 star hotel. I cannot think of breakfast as the quality of a 5 star hotel. The place was convenient as we started our daily tour in front of Ayasofya Museum. I booked an "executive suite" but the room was allocated an inexpensive "Superior" room. I forgot these facts, and I remembered the last day before the trip. When I told this fact, he finally offered a 30 euros discount in transportation to the airport. I did not want to argue with them any more, so I accepted a 30 Euro discount but I could not feel that I was deceived. The people at the front desk kindly responded to the customers, but their service was not a 5 star hotel.

블루모스크, 아야소피아, 톱카프 궁전 등 관광지와 걸어서 5분 이내 거리로 매우 가까웠고, 갈라타 다리쪽으로도 트램 3정거장이면 갈수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋음. 사진에서 보는 것 보다는 조금 좁은 느낌이었으나, 조식이나 서비스가 만족스러움.

Total overall should be given full 5 stars! Most of all, the location is perfect to enjoy Istanbul. This hotel is very close to Sultan Ahmed where the Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque and others are. Second the hotel is very clean and staffs are very kind and useful. The breakfast was also very good and fresh. Thus I would go for THUMBS UP. Location is very nice. Room was fine. My toilet exhaust fan was not working. I told the staff. They said it will go on. This and that. Actually staff has poor English communication skills. Difficult to explain them. They can’t fix my problem. That results in smell in the room.

This is not a 5 star hotel by normal standards, but is well worth a visit if only for its fantastic location in Sultanahmet, within walkable distance of most of the main sites, and its roof terrace views over the Sea of Marmara. The flip side of its convenient location is the night time noise levels (it's surrounded by restaurants, bars and pubs), but you can't have it all ways - or maybe you can, but only if you pay SIGNIFICANTLY more money. The staff at the hotel are worth a special mention, particularly Necati (SUCH a gentleman), the lovely lady who prepared the breakfast every day, and the very friendly cleaning ladies.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are all very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. They have all the amenities - bring your own conditioner if you wish, but shampoo, body wash and lotion are provided. The location is amazing - walking distance to all the major attractions. There are also a few convenience stores down the road if you need to get water, etc. I did not use the Hammam, massage, laundry or other facilities during my time. Would recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated - so close to all the historic places we wanted to see. It is on a street full of restaurants which was very convenient, but really well sound proofed. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully clean. The breakfasts were also great. I can highly recommend this property.

Location is the major advantage of this hotel. Breakfast is average. Front desk staff can be better and friendlier. The man check us out does not understand English well or does not speak English well causing miscommunication. He asked us if we use mineral water we said we did not. We only used the two plastic bottle of water labelled complimentary. He seems frustrated and does not understand what we say.

I stayed there 7 nights and i had great experience. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Everyone from reception to breakfast area were very caring, specially Hussain. Hussain made me feel welcoming during my stay. I will come back again. Hotel is a short walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Sultanahmet. Only negative is a bit noisy until midnight coming from the Irish Pub across from the hotel entrance and no bottle water after first night.

La struttura è venduta come un 5 stelle ma in effetti è al massimo un 3 stelle. Questa falsa informazione determina il voto scarso. Per il resto è un ordinario albergo situato a due passi dalle principali attrazioni di Istanbul vecchia. Quindi molto comodo da un punto di vista logistico.
