Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

Comfortable stay. Close to main attractions and tram train and ferry stations. Istiklal street was right around the corner 5mins walk. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Sauna facility was good. Breakfast had a nice spread however few options in hot food section for vegetarians.

Great room at good prices with a lovely balcony some view. Only issue was that the rooms a floor below the lobby (floor 4) hear the base of the music quite notably. Would avoid that floor if noise sensitive. Otherwise, great room and hotel.

Fantastic

Our stay was fantastic. The room was very modern and spacey and clean. Sauna and steam bath and Turkish bath also very good. The location is fantastic for walking into Karaköy. The restaurant and bar are stylish and have a great ambience. Although if you want to have a perfect view to the Bosphorus you need to take one of the suites to the seaside on the upper floors. From the restaurant you have a limited view.

Good hotel in excellent location

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall service was very good. Food was also good. We enjoyed our stay . Unfortunately there’s a lot of smoke coming to the room. As a non smoker it was uncomfortable. I was in a non smoking room but you can smell it through the AC ventilation.

This boutique hotel is perfectly located on the European side of Istanbul, just a short walk from Taksim Square, Nişantaşı, and many other must-see spots. Whether you're here to explore or simply relax, the location makes everything incredibly accessible. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, with beautiful views of either the garden or the Bosphorus. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the entire property is maintained with great care and attention to detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from the reception and concierge team. Halil, Ohan, Serkan, Jerry, Cihan, and others whose names I, unfortunately, can't recall, were all incredibly warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and offered excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do. The hotel’s management should be immensely proud to have such dedicated and passionate individuals on their team—their efforts are nothing short of commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special stay in Istanbul. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning!
