This is definitely the best hotel in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable, breakfast delicious, and the roof terrace lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

From the gracious hotel manager, Murat, and his son, Halit, to the entire staff, their proactive service consistently exceeded expectations. We stayed three nights and it was an amazing experience staying here. I highly recommend this place. Excellent location two min walk to the Blue mosque. Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. It is a newly renovated building so rooms condition is excellent, facilities are modern. The staff offered complementary hand made cold drinks(sharbat) and tea every time we came back after sight seeing. We loved the hospitality.

This is probably one of the best hotels for a family. we only had to stay one night, but when we do eventually come back to Istanbul, we will stay here. The blue mosque, Sofia hagia, and other attractions are within a 10 minute walk. We booked the family room for 5 people, the rooms were spacious, well equipped and the mini bar has excellent drinks (for free). The. Breakfast was amazing too. Overall, one of the best stays we've had.

The Best option for Istambul. Everything was perfect. The staff extremely kind and gentle, always helpful AND smiley. The breakfast, more than i expected, a delicious turkish experience. The hotel Is new AND close to the main atractivons. It was a one week excelent experience. Congratulations to the gentle AND kind owner, AND again, to all the very professional staff.

Fantastic location right next to the Blue Mosque and the main attractions. Hotel staff deserves 5 stars for their kindness, promptness, precision and advice given. They organized at our request both the taxi transfer and the tour with a private guide and I would recommend both of them, as Istanbul can be quite difficult to navigate on your own with public means of transport and the guide not only gives you an overview of the main sights but can help you skip all the long queues. Rooms were very clean (and I am a picky one), with full range of toiletries in the bathroom, guest slippers available too; rooms were tidied and cleaned every day, towels also changed every day, you could smell a nice clean perfume when entering the room. We had a family room, which consisted of two separated bedrooms each with its own bathroom, not super spacious but just the right amount of space. I appreciated the fact that our rooms were quiet and silent, I had brought ear plugs but never used them as I slept soundly with no disturbance (I thought that being next to a mosque we would have heard the call to prayer but didn’t hear a sound). Breakfast was satisfactory, you could find both sweet and savoury options, although more oriented towards a Turkish breakfast. All in all we were very satisfied with this hotel, we would definetely stay there again and we would absolutely recommend it to others. I hope they will keep the same standard of service also in the future.

Não tenho palavras para explicar como foi nossa estadia nesse hotel. Foi como uma casa acolhedora da família. Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e nos recebiam com sorrisos e gentilezas todas as vezes que nos viam. Nunca havia ficado num hotel tão acolhedor como este! Além disso, tudo é super limpo; O café da da manhã é ótimo; A vista da Mesquita Azul é de tirar o fôlego. Parabéns ao hotel e toda sua equipe!!

터키에서 6개 호텔을 이용했었는데 가장 훌륭했습니다 직원들의 서비스도 지금까지 가 보았던 수 많은 호텔들보다 훌륭했습니다 마지막날 체크아웃하고 짐을 맡겼는데, 다시 찾으러 가서 공항까지 갈 밴이 올때까지 시간이 좀 있었는데, 마실 차도 주셨어요. 체크아웃할 때 터키 간식이랑 1인당 1개씩 기념품으로 병따개도 주더군요 방 안에 있는 음료도 다 공짜고요^^ 다시 이스탄불에 가면 또 갈 것 같아요

Haci Bayram was perfect for our stay in Istanbul. We travelled with 3 children and they had a room adjoining ours. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had amazing views. The staff were kind and helpful and made friends with the children too. The location was perfect for walking to most tourist sites to see and very close to the tramline too. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting!

Fantástica localización.

Nos ha encantado todo. El hotel tiene dos años. Así que todo está muy nuevo. Nosotros nos cogimos la habitación del entresuelo, y la verdad que es suficiente. Dado que la hemos utilizado para dormir y poco más. Aún así tenía unas muy buenas condiciones. Tenía muchas cositas que ya no te dan en ningún hotel. El desayuno es tipo buffet, es variado y tienes unas vistas a la Mesquita azul increibles. Por fin, aunque todo el staff fue super amable, Nasir, creo que era su nombre fue una persona muy amable. Gracias Nasir.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely stellar in the service they provide. I had hurt my leg and they were helpful in providing an icepack. They are very kind and helpful. They were also very helpful in planing our day to day itinerary. Very fresh and delicious breakfast buffet. The location just 3 minutes walking distance from the blue mosque. It’s as close as it gets to the major sites at this hotel. Lots of delicious restaurants just walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel it’s a winner!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The location was fantastic! We did get a suite w a beautiful view that made it wonderful. The breakfast was also amazing! But most importantly, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL in their communication, friendliness & helpfulness! By the end of my trip, they felt like family. I will definitely stay here next time I visit & encourage all my friends & family to do the same.

I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s in a great location but the standout is the staff. We arrived very early after a long trip from Australia via Singapore. Not only did they give us a complimentary coffee and breakfast, but bent over backwards to check us in early. And it’s great value for mi ey as well.
