The hotel is fabulous! The facilities, customer service, and location are excellent. Bomonti is a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and snack options nearby. The Asian side is also within easy reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing—plentiful, delicious, and well presented. The hotel room was very quiet, the lobby during the day was very busy. The location is a good 10 mins walk to Osmanbey metro which quickly gets you into the main areas for sightseeing. The facilities are very good. Great spa, good breakfast although main food hall is busy. We had lounge access which was quieter but less choice.
