한마디로 일카이호텔 최고예요~~ 트램, 구시가지 이동 편하고 시내 관광후 밤늦은 비행기라 큰가방 2개를 어쩌나했는데~ 체크아웃 시간도 여유있게, 가방도 하루종일 맡아주고~ 게다가 중간중간 들러 핸드폰 충전까지 부탁해도 기쁘게 해주는 젠틀맨~ 최고였어요~

가장 좋았던 것은 위치. 하지만..
위치와 평점을 위주로 골랐지만 기대이하 였습니다. 처음 체크인 시 퉁명스러운 직원. 저녁10시경 도착해서 피곤한건지 설명도 대충대충.. 방이 2층이었는데 두 건물을 이어서 만든 호텔인지 0~1층용 엘레베이터와 1~5층 엘레베이터가 따로 있어서 이용하기 불편합니다. 방에는 냉장고는 없고 물을 유리병에 담아 제공하는데 이물질이 떠다니고 화장실 물 내리는 장치가 특이한데, 소음이 매우 심합니다. 자다가 소변보고 물을 내리면 다른 사람들이 깰 정도입니다. 조식은 이번 여행에서 묵은 호스텔/호텔 5곳 중 제일 열악하였네요. 종류가 적은것은 둘째로 치고 준비된 그릇이 적어서 숙박객들이 직원에게 채워달라고 말해야했으니까요. 짐 보관서비스를 제공하는데, 직원과 함께 보관하는게 아니라 짐 보관하는 방의 키를 줍니다. 1층에 있는 빈 창고에 짐을 놓고 0층에 키를 반납하는 방식으로 나중에 찾아갈 때도 직원과 함께가지 않고 키를 받아 가져가게 되어 있습니다. 분실의 우려가 있어보이는 방식이므로 이용하실분은 참고하세요. 좋았던 점은 위치와 객실 청소 정도입니다.

Excellent hotel
It was an excellent hotel with very kind front desk, right central location, clean room and delicious breakfast. Definitely I would select this hotel if I come to Istanbul again.

트램 역에서 무지 가까움
교통 엄청 좋아요~설명엔 귤하네 역과 시르케지역 중간이라고 나와 있는데 에미노뉴 역에서도 가깝습니다. 블루모스크,아이소피아성당,예레바탄 저수지,톱키프궁전,예니자미 등등 가까운 관광지는 다 도보로 가능하구요 한국분들이 많이 찾는 동양호텔,하나로여행사도 도보로 15분이면 갑니다. 한가지 불편했던건 호텔내에 냉장고가 없더라구요. 여행전에 마실 차가운 물을 구할 수 없었던게 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 화장실,객실 내부는 깨끗했어요. 조식때 나오는 빵도 엄청 맛있었고요. 담번에 이스탄불 가면 또 머물고싶은 곳이네요~

Check-in and out was smooth, near Eminönü and Marmaray Sirkeci, next to shops, Topkapi, Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia, breakfast buffet delicious, resaturant downstairs a lovely place, people are attentive, room clean, simple and comfortable.

Je zit er midden in het centrum van de oude stad. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Jagmur is een toppertje. Dubbele bedden zijn aan de voorzijde van het gebouw en dat hoor je de tram wel goed. Enkele bedden zijn achter een dat is stiller.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast staff. One of the maids kept taking the toilet paper from my room. I thought that was rude and strange. My travel guide had a difficult time speaking to me when he would contact the hotel. Someone told him that they could not connect him to my room telephone. This became a problem for me until I was able to fix the problem with one of the front desk employees. The location is excellent; however, the tram line is extremely noisy into the late-night hours. The noise also starts early in the morning, and it interrupted my sleep.

Very nice hotel, enjoyed my stay, convenient location, breakfast is standard and good, the stuff were very friendly and helpful. Did not have any issue in the room. Cleaning was daily too

I stayed in this hotel for few days. Will NOT mention names as I follow the RULES and REGULATIONS of EXPEDIA. My hotel room bed sheets were NOT CHANGED AT ALL for 5 days, even though I REQUESTED FEW TIMES from the 2 cleaning ladies and also told the house keeping and also requested/complained to the lady at the Hotel Reception. On my last day, I nice house keeping man changed bed sheets. For 5 days, I HAD TO SLEEP ON DIRTY SHEETS FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS.

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts wurde gerade renoviert. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde uns sofort zwei andere EZ in einem anderen Hotel (Sirkeci Mansion) bereitgestellt.

Depende de la habitación: bien/mal
Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones para 6 personas. Nos adjudicaron 2 habitaciones viejas y 1 nueva. El aspecto de las habitaciones viejas poco tenía que ver con las fotos y opiniones consultadas en la web. Buscando más a fondo vimos comentarios de otras personas a las que les habia pasado algo similar y les cambiaron la habitación, por lo que tras una noche solicitamos el cambio. El personal del hotel no se vió sorprendido por nuestra queja por lo que pensamos que esto puede ser un procedimiento habitual. Las habitaciones nuevas son algo pequeñas pero están bien. Si os hospedais en este hotel, las habitaciones nuevas se encuentran en cada planta de la 1-4. El desayuno incluido tiene poca variedad y es repetitivo.

Bra weekend.
Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge. Känns dock att en renovering skulle behövas. Känns slitigt. Trevlig personal och en frukost som precis ok, men inte mer. Hotellets pub Red River är dock en riktig höjdare.

位置是真的不错，去老城区的几个景点步行就可以达到，到海边也是步行。出门就是轨道交通。真心觉得位置不错。 不过没有停车的地方，需要停在外面停车场。

Läger är det enda bra med hotellet
Hög ljud både från trafiken ute o hotell gäster o även restaurangen bredvid. Frukosten var usel. Allt som allt var hotellet ganska i dåligt skick och inte värt priset.

The hotel is located at historical part of the city and centreal location at old town. Istanbul's population is approx. 20 million. Unfortunately the noise and the traffic is the reality of the metropol as well as Istanbul. The hotel is located on the tramline. So, the noise is inescapable. However there are some quite rooms at the back side of the hotel. Regarding to our request, we try to give these rooms to offer better service. This year the hotel will be renovated. Ever the rooms have double glazed windows, we will change them also in a better version. Thank you for your feedback. Kind regards,
