Great hotel and excellent location. The view from the rooftop was amazing . The guys at the reception were very kind, and they were very helpful. Incredible customer service. Ilker and the rest of the staff make us very welcome and always were there when we need help. I will come back again to this hotel.

The staff is professional, very polite, efficient. The rooms are clean. The view from the rooms and socially from the restaurant on the roof are spectacular. WiFi works well. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is located superbly.

Air conditioning didn't work in our room which was baking hot which made it very difficult to sleep. Raised multiple times with the hotel who kept saying they had fixed it but hadn't. Not enough toiletries in the bathroom, with one miniature shampoo between 2 people. No shower gel. Lifts are tiny and unreliable. View from breakfast is fantastic and that's the only reason you stay here. Neighbourhood is quite dilapidated.

PERFECT!!!! We were a group of 14 traveling from NYC to Turkey for the very first time. This hotel was just perfect for us, very convenient, clean and most polite and welcoming staff. It’s the perfect location for tourist. The guys at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and gave us some incredible recommendations of places and events, Mevlut and Mahmut deserves an award for their hospitality 😄😄. Love their rooftop dining, great breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
