Stay away from this hotel
Worst experience ever! Never stay here! The floor boards were broken. The ac and lights would turn off for hours. Extremely rude staff. We travelled with family and all of us had a very bad experience

Do not stay period.
We had an extremely bad experience with our stay here. First the quality of the place is extremely bad. The floor boards are coming up, the walls has paint coming off and we had our one year old daughter in this place. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else especially if you are going with family. Also the place is at the end of an extremely congested road that required A lot of walking to get to the main attractions. We tried to share our concerns and disappointment with the management and they were extremely rude. Extreme lack of understanding and not willing to move us to a diff room.

Dachterrasse und angenehmes Zimmer
Sehr angenehmes Hotel, das Zimmer war komfortabel und ziemlich groß (vielleicht hatten wir Glück?). Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer kleinen Strasse, man ist sehr schnell am Meer und auch in der betriebsamen Altstadt. Besonders angetan waren wir von der Dachterrasse, von der man einen grandiosen Blick auf Meer und Stadt hat. Kommen gern wieder!

Das Personal und der Chef des Hotels waren sehr nett. Der Taxitransfer zu meinem Rückflug hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war lecker mit tollem Blick vom Frühstücksraum. Das tollste ist die Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Von der einen Seite auf das Meer und die Stadt und von der anderen Seite auf die blaue Moschee. Hier kann man nach den tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten entspannen. Lage: Man ist sehr schnell bei der blauen Moschee und Hagia Sophia. Das ist top. Das Hotel war bei der Ankunft sehr schwer zu finden da die Straßen sehr verwinkelt sind. Daher würde ich einen Transfer empfehlen bei der Anreise. Was mich gestört hat war die Hellhörigkeit. In der ersten Nacht waren die Gäste im Nebenzimmer so laut dass man um drei Uhr nachts noch keinen Schlaf finden konnte. Manche Gäste sind einfach rücksichtslos. Gott sei Dank konnte ich auf Anfrage in ein anderes Zimmer nach oben ziehen. Es war zwar kleiner als das erste aber das war mir egal. Dort war es ruhiger.

Nice hotel and good location
Our flight was delayed and we did not reach the hoteluntil the early hours. The staff was there to receive us and took us straight to our room so we could rest after a very long day travelling. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Would happily stay here again.

Séjour agréable
Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un petit hôtel mais la chambre était spacieuse avec un balcon et bien propre. Un grand lit double. Salle de bain très correcte avec baignoire. Ménage fait tous les jours avec changement des draps, serviettes etc … Quant au personnel il est adorable, souriant et serviable, je mentionnerais notamment Ali Osman à la réception et Mme. Saber dans la salle du petit déjeuner…..

The staff are friendly, but they don't speak English, or they don't want to. the room was dirty, the floors are filthy, you don't want to walk barefoot on it. the bed sheets had visible stains on them and room sevice did not tidy-up the room until we asked them to. The wall paper was peeling off. they had a window between the bath room and the master bed and the office style curtain there barley conceals anything. We asked for a seaside view and got one with a back yard view which is filthy, full of broken furniture and garbage. The bathroom had visible rust on the heater and it did not work. they did not refill our tea and coffee and did not provide water. The microwave in the room was melted and the TV was missing. The WIFI provided reminds me of dialup speeds it is so slow. Break fast is mediocre at best and the food was not fresh. The dining area is small and the staff were having breakfast there with the guest (they cooked their own food) the views are ok from there. My advice is to avoid at all costs.

We front desk staff can speak English if you want to communicate us 7/24. We have daily clean for all rooms at our hotel but time cannot be selected. And if you have any problem with any goods in your room please make us know on same day for solve it. Last of all our breakfast time 08:00 - 10:30 every morning but 07:30 it's staff breakfast time and we allowed you because you have a small baby. Staff were nice but the room and breakfast was disappointing. I decided to pay extra for a better room but was shocked that the garden area was hideous and did not look safe to go into. The room has alot of broken features like the shower holder and window frames as well as the bathroom air vent being held of by sticky tape. The towel rail was very rusty and there was ripped off wallpaper exposing dirty walls. The floors in the room were very dirty causing us to have very dirty feet/socks especially with a toddler that I could not always keep off the floor. The breakfast was literally salads, salamis, tiny hard bread, or cereal, there were no pastries or anything really apetizing.

Hôtel comme à la maison
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous sommes arrivés en avance sur l'heure annoncé sur le site et malgré que nos chambres ne soient pas encore tout à fait prêtes nous avons quand même pu déposer nos valises à l'intérieur pour pouvoir partir commencer notre visite de la ville. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, tout proche de la mosquée bleue et de la basilique Sainte Sophie, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Le staff de l'hôtel est au petit soin pour ses clients et donne de nombreux conseils pour visiter les meilleurs endroits de la ville. Le rapport qualité prix pour une nuit est plus que satisfaisant, pas la peine d'aller dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, ici on se sent comme à la maison. Merci à Koray et à tout le staff de l'hôtel, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bien mais pas inoubliable.
Chambre propre mais au rez de chaussé. Du coup on entendait tout le bruit qui venait de l'accueil de l'hôtel. Impossible de dormir correctement. Le petit déjeuné est vraiment sans plus. Le transfert entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport est un peu cher mais pratique. Pantoufles non fournies et nécessaire de toilette vraiment minimal. Le ménage est effectué tous les jours, ce qui est agréable. Le personnel de l'hôtel fait le maximum pour aider. L'hôtel est situé dans une impasse calme mais il est à évité si vous avez une poussette; en effet pour rejoindre les monuments le chemin est tortueux et compliqué même si il n'y a que 10 minutes de marche.

Das Hotel liegt in einer etwas herunter gekommenen kleinen Seitenstraße. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch, abgewohnt und unsauber. Kleines Zimmer mit sehr kleinem Bad. Das vollkommen ausreichende Frühstück wird im obersten Stock mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer geboten.

Great views from breakfast
This hotel is less than five minutes from the blue mosque but was very hard to find on foot. The room was very comfortable, a little noisy at night from reception staff next door. Everyone very helpful - we stayed three nihts and would recommend as a good budget hotel. Especial thanks to Batu for assistance with directions.

Zentrales Hotel in abgelegener Seitenstraße.
Für Stadttouren gut geeignet, allerdings schwer zu finden und Nachts nichts für Frauen. Hotel sehr einfach aber nett. Die Sauberkeit lässt dort allerdings einiges an wünschen offen! Toller Blick von der Terrasse 😁

I cant convey how nice everyone was, the room was cleaned daily and breakfast was excellent with a wonderful view, we left a tip for the person who prepared breakfast, she knocked on our door and said sir this a tip free Hotel. Mainly we check out and when we arrived at the airport to find that our flight was canceled and with notice we returned back to the hotel at midnight and they accommodated for two more night until we reschedule our flight. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MANGANA KONAK HOTEL, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da die offiziell angegebene Hausnummer nicht ganz richtig ist. Die Lage zu den Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr gut. Die Innenausstattung des Hotels ist nicht mehr neu, aber soweit okay; es ist eben kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein tolles sehr familiäres hotel
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das hotel ist klein aber sehr familiär. Die Terasse ist ein Traum tolle Aussicht auf halb Istanbul. Sehr gut gelegen 5-10 min zu Fuß ist Man bei den Moscheen kleiner Basar und viele Restaurants. Das hotel ist weiter unten am Meer so das man abends auch ein schönen Spaziergang machen kann. Vielen dank noch mal an das personal vorallem an Ebru und Koray ebru hat dafür gesorgt das wir uns wie daheim gefühlt haben. Danke....

Hübsches Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Wir waren mit diesem kleinen, gemütlichen Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, bemüht, umsichtig und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar, aber durchaus absolut ausreichend. Die Putzfrau macht nicht gerade einen Überschlag, dennoch ist es soweit sauber. Das direkte Umfeld um dieses Hotel wird derzeit saniert und ist daher keine Augenweide. Uns hat dies jedoch nicht gestört. Die Lage des Hotels hingegen ist genial. Inmitten der Altstadt, direkt im Zentrum und nur wenige Schritte von Blauer Moschee u.s.w. entfernt.

Kleines, ruhiges, sehr zentrales Hotel
Drei volle Tage, vier Übernachtungen, völlig o.k. Frühstücksbüffet ganz gut. Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters (6.-10.03.15) Dachterrasse leider nicht nutzbar - von dort Rundumblick, auch aufs Wasser. Zimmer komfortabel,, schönes Bad, Betten o.k., sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück am letzten Tag vor 7:00 leider nicht möglich. TV nur türkische Sender, nicht wirklich wichtig. Empfehlenswert für kurzen Städtetripp, da nur etwas 500m zur Blauen Moschee, Hagia Sophia etc.

現地の人に聞いてもわからないくらい、場所がわかりずらいのが、玉にきずたが、部屋は清潔、バスタブ完備。朝食がおいしい。

Making a difference!
The flight was late four hours, the lugage was lost and the shuttle service didn´t show up, despite of notification aboutthe flight delay... It was a rough start until I arrived at the hotel, where the staff was very friendly and professional. Despite of being under renovation, the staff sure made up for the inconvenience being very helpful at all times. The location is hard to find the first time but other than that its a nice place to stay.

Keine Privatsphäre
Das Zimmer ist winzig und die Wände scheinen aus Papier zu sein. Man konnte jeden Toilettenbesuch oder Nieser / Huster aus den Nachbarzimmern laut und deutlich hören. Wenn jemand durchs Treppenhaus lief hörte es sich an als wäre jemand im Zimmer. Das Bad ist gerade mal so groß, dass man sich kaum umdrehen kann. Der Fernseher diente wohl nur als Deko, denn Empfang hatte man keinen. Beim Einchecken wurde uns freundlich mitgeteilt, dass die gesamte Bettwäsche in der Wäscherei ist, so dass wir ohne Bezüge schlafen durften. Auch Handtücher mussten wir uns erst an der Rezeption einfordern. Die Umgebung ist eher heruntergekommen. Überall Baustellen und unbewohnte /-bare Häuser. Die Hausnummer ist nicht ausgeschildert: Auf dem Straßenschild stehen die Hausnummern 2-16, also gingen wir weiter. Doch in dieser Staße befand sich auch die Hausnummer 18! Nur durch Fragen von Passanten ( von denen nicht gerade viele vor Ort waren) konnten wir das Hotel finden. Nicht sehr angenehm mit Gepäck etc...

Hübsches Hotel abseits vom Großstadttrubel
Niedliches kleine Hotel mit Blick (beim Frühstück) auf den Bosporus. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Schwer zu finden, wenn man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fährt. Das sollte aber niemanden abhalten dort zu übernachten.
