We loved our stay at Sea House Suites! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with booking tours and giving directions. Breakfast options were limited but the food was good and the view is unmatched! The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected but very clean. Most of the things to see (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar) are all within a 10 mins walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance so definitely worth the stay!

Highly recommended!
Our stay in this hotel was amazing from the beginning till check-out, and even after! The room was clean and comfortable, and had a miracle view (the same view also on terrace where was breakfast served). Employees Mr.Iyed and Mr.Tursun are very polite, helpfull and the MOST important - Perfect speaking english! The Suites are also close from all touristic places: 12 min walk to Sultan Akhmet Mosque etc. I can highly recommed this place to stay, cause the service and location were the best if compare to other places we've stayed.

My dear guest, it would be better if you wrote the reason for the low score you gave, we are trying to provide very high quality service at a very affordable price. I think no other hotel offers a sea view balcony and a very clean room at this price in our region.

Excellent customer service provided by both Hassan and Iyad . The property needs a bit of an upgrade in the rooms which will pay off at the end of the day . Larger TVs in rooms are needed, checks on tv remotes needed , improvement on the very limited breakfast provided by introducing new items and removing other unnecessary items which won’t cost the owners any extra money and will reflect positively on guests’ stays.

Highly recommended
It was my first family trip to Istanbul. Had a wonderful experience of staying at this property. Everything was perfect- the room was clean, staff friendly, location convenient and good breakfast. Our host Hassan was amazing. I would highly recommend this property for family trips to Istanbul.

Excellent hotel !!
We feel very thankful for all the attention, we feel very happy to choose this hotel, the location its very good, its very near from everything, the rooms are very comfortables and its very clean,all the people who works in the hotel are very kind and they help you with everything that you need, we book at the beginning for 7 days and then we decided to extended for 6 days more, thank you for making us feel at home.

Comfortable Stay
Hasan and team were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate their help finding the places to see and the where to eat! Some of the rooms are smaller so I recommend getting the family room if not traveling as a couple.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits à sea suite, pour une première à Istanbul, c’était parfait. L’hôtel est proche de toutes attractions touristiques, vraiment bien situé. L’accueil est parfait, avec un hôte qui se débrouille très bien en français, l’hôtel est propre. Je recommande pour un séjour de courte durée

Accueil chaleureux et personnel toujours présent pour aider et conseiller. L’hôtel est près des lieux principaux et belle vue, je recommande. Tout petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas assez varié mais sinon nickel.

Great place to stay and will go back again !
Spent a lovely week at the Sea house which is very well located and in walking distance to a lot of attractions, the hosts were amazing and we would definitely go back to stay again !

Very comfortable,good location.Great service provided by the staff especially from Ilyas.He was very helpful.The location was excellent.close to the trams and points of interest.Everything was awesome except the room size.I enjoyed my breakfast every morning at the rooftop with great views.

İyi ama balkona çıkamadık
Otel görevlileri nazik ve iyi insanlardı fakat balkona ne yazık ki pek çıkamadık, klimanın havalandırma kısmına arılar yuva yapmış sanırım ve biraz böcek oldugü için balkon kapısını da açamadık. Oda fena değil, deniz manzarası güzel fakat pek balkonun keyfini çıkaramadık

You should get buffet breakfast for your money
Everything was great here ... super helpful staff, location 👌.. just 2 little complains the internet service they provide is the minimum so most of my apps like Uber and others never worked while there and the breakfast offered is bare minimum!

Unfortunately it's the provider problem with Uber, but our internet speed is pretty good. The hotel price and the breakfast given is evenly balanced.(The room price was equal to breakfast prices at restaurants). It was a pleasure to have you as our guest. Değerli müşteri Otelin giriş saatinden birkaç saat önce geldiğiniz için doğal olarak daha sonra gelmeniz istendi. Lobinin olmaması şikayetinizi anlamış değiliz ama hizmet derken nasıl ve hangi hizmetten bahsettiğinizi detaylı ve net söyleseydiniz iyi olurdu. Odanız gösterilmeden önce yaptığınız rezervasyonun bodrum katta bahçeli bir oda olduğunu size bildirdik, siz de ona göre kaldınız. Daha yüksek fiyatta olan diğer odalara rezervasyon yapsaydınız onlardan verirdik.
