We were impressed with the staff, very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the room and lobby. Comfortable beds, good breakfast selection and great location with lots of restaurants. It is no more than 10 minutes to many of the sites and the tram line T1 is 5 minutes away that takes you to the sites abit farther away as well as to the other side of the Golden Horn!! This hotel is great value for the money! We highly recommend!

After a long travel I had a late check in, I found out that heating was not working in my room and that was really disappointing in a cold and rainy night in Istanbul.But the manager and nice staff they made it up for the next night and gave me a very nice and beautiful room. Yes the room was spotless! The staff were very helpful! The staff from the breakfast dinner. They delivered our breakfast to our room. Our food app could no be used because restaurants requested a local number! Abdul helped us by using his own cell phone! They made our stay comfortable! We felt like home!
