The location is very nice!!
The location is very nice!! but it is too expensive that the hotel is not special. 아침식사를 그 호텔이 아닌 brother hotel에서 하는데, 그 형제호텔이 Seven Hills hotel로 전망이 이스탄불에서 가장 좋다는 곳이었음. 식사의 질보다 풍경의 질이 무엇보다 베스트였다!

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. Friendly staff and a great environment. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Istanbul.

The best thing is that it is on the corner of sultanahmed square. It is a small hotel with no more than 10 rooms, without an elevator. Of the days of stay that were more than a week, one day they did not make the room. the hotel is a bit old without much maintenance but clean. there is no front desk attendant.

Horrible
I wish I had listened to the terrible, terrible writing here. Thanks to them, 3 days that could have been very enjoyable passed very scary. We were deceived by the location of the hotel and the 4-star appearance on this platform. From the dirty pillows to the moldy bathroom, it was a horrible time.

Hello dear other guest, we are sure we trying so hard and best for our hotel guest. Our very important rule is our guest stay happy here. That was about us. If we explain why they leave us 2 points because some guest make reservations for 2 and then when they arrive they’re 3 also they wanted extra bed blankets breakfast we said okey but when we try to said you have to pay for it, they get mad and they don’t want anymore. Because they try to make a free reservation for one person. And then they go back leave bad point. Thank you.

İs was horrible,there is no room service no cleaning service the doush in the bath rooms doesnt work no elevator,the phones in the rooms doesnt work and they dont answer on there work telephone line.i dont know how it took this rate on your website.

all you says is not true. Because ıt was your problem you did rezervation and then you wanted the cancellation. You said to me face u face: you lıve in istanbul and there is no hot water in your home you did rezervation here after that hot water came. and ı told we can not cancel without problem. And even you took some drink in restaurant you did not pay. you are not true. Thanks for all.

Hotellet ligger ganske sentralt og det er bare noen minutter å gå til den blå Moskeen og restauranter og div butikker. Ca 15min å gå til Grand bazar. Kan ikke si helt 100% at det er et hotell fordi den var mer som enn motell/leilighet med 6 rom i hele byggningen. Badet på hotellet var i dårligstand og det var noe de skal pusse opp snart ellers alt Anna var bra. Det er ikke et stor hotell eller som de andre hoteller som har egen bygg. Her på Seven Dreams så trenger du ikke ha leiebil siden alt er nær deg og det er bare å gå til.

Vi är en familj med 2 vuxna och två barn som hade 4 väldigt bra nätter på Seven dreams. Vänlig och avslappnat, familjärt, toppenläge och hjälpsam personal. Härlig takterass med perfekt utsikt över Haga Sofia, blå mosken och bosporen. Ett skönt ställe i Istanbul.

Overall experience very good
Very nice location 2 min to Blue Moschee and St. Sophia, excelent food, staff very friendly and extremely kindness. Rooms not so nice as expected as 4 stars hotels old furniture and some damaged items. But overall experience very good. 10 to location stuff and food, 7 2 to room and conditions.

Ужасно! Других слов не подберу! Отель заявлен как 4 звезды и я надеялась увидеть отель данной категории. На самом деле, это дешевый , грязный хостел. Свет не работает! Точнее светила одна лампочка в душе! Грязно! В душе плесень. Вся мебель сломана. В холодильнике лежала протухшая куриная нога!!

Thank you for commenting, If you found our hotel room cheaper than our very nice suite rooms. Our hotel is cleaned every day by the housekeeper. We're at a historical location.also no bed in our hotel is broken, it is our duty to repair it immediately if something happens.

Te lo venden como un cuatro estrellas y es una pensión y bastante sucia,en la nevera había alimentos en mal estado de algún otro cliente y olía mucho a humedad. El trato es amable y su ubicación es muy buena para hacer turismo.

Great deal for the area. Charming place to stay
Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans ce petit et charmant hôtel familial. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le coeur culturel d'Istanbul (mosquée bleue, sainte sophie, musée d'art turc et islamique, caferağa mederessi, citerne basilique, etc etc) et la famille Kızılelma fera tout pour faciliter votre séjour dans leur hôtel et dans cette ville extraordinaire. L'accueil avec le thé et les bakhlawa par Mustafa était très agréable. Nous avions choisi une chambre standard pour 2. Elle était très spacieuse pour le quartier et correctement équipée (comme les photos, on y a trouvé tout le nécessaire). La salle de bains aussi est grande et bien aménagée. Le petit déjeuner est excellent: fait à la minute et servi toujours avec un grand sourire par le chef de famille pour les lève-tôt. Mention spéciale à l'omelette minute et la confiture de rose (une révélation gustative). Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'essayer le restaurant familial. La terrasse sur le toit est sympathique et offre une belle vue sur le quartier. Le quartier est le plus touristique de la ville, les hôtels et restaurants environnants sont très nombreux et jouent de la musique jusque tard dans la nuit l'été, prévoir des boules quiès pour les couche tôt. Petit bémol: absence de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre lors de l'arrivée et le thé turc (çay) à 8 TL le verre sur la terrasse dans la rue de l'hôtel. Je recommande cet endroit et y séjournerai à nouveau avec plaisir.

Sir, The gentlemen at the reception introduce himself as Mustafa, I am sorry for not asking to proof, in other hotels the staff do not lie about their name. I had no issue paying in cash for my stay, its was booked through Hotels.com by my cousin. My cousin has e-mailed the Seven Dreams Hotel and Hotels.com to inform them of it has been paid already. the guest had a copy of my passport and bank card, We have not had any issue in the past and since we have informed the Seven Dreams Hotel and Hotels.com. Your attitude does not justify the method of payments. you were despicable and totally unacceptable, you have ruined our holiday and no one should experience what we have gone through. you are not fit for the job and the management needs to take serious action.

10/10 highly recommend, excellent value for money
Me and my wife stayed for a long weekend during Ramadan. The hotel and attached restaurant, were lovely. The owners could not have been more accommodating even going so far as to give us a brief tour of the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was, as advertised approximately 2-300m from the Hag Sofia and Blue Mosque. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to anyone.

My booking was canceled 2hrs before check-in. They told us that there is issue with our room and we were left stranded without a place to stay for the day.

Incredible hotel for an experience traveler. Would not be ideal for those who cannot maneuver around stairs easily as stairway to rooms is a cool winding staircase.
