Durch die Zentrale Lage ist es vor dem Hotel halt schon mal Laut. Kann man aber durchaus aushalten. Preis Leistung fand ich sehr gut!

Otelin bulunduğu sokakta Türkü bar vardı sabah 03:00 e kadar gürültüden uyuyamadım. Dinlenmeden geçen berbat bir gündü. Otelin konumu yemizliği iyiydi ama gürültü çekilecek gibi değil.

The only positive thing about the property was some of the good staff and location but other than that, sadly, not very clean when it comes to cleanliness. The page on Expedia says there’s a restaurant in the hotel but there is not - the page should be updated as this was misleading. No room service from the hotel itself whatsoever. You can’t even order coffee from the front desk. I recommend trying a different hotel if you’re a first timer in Istanbul.

Very cute hotel, but the rooms and bathrooms are very tight. Also, the rooms facing the street are very noisy at night.

Great location in the heart of the city straight off the main walking street. Delicious breakfast, lovely staff, great spacious traditionally and tastefully decorated.

Old and dirty
Very old hotel , worse than hostel , dirty , old stuff , disgusting towels, and I did not feel comfortable to walk on the floor without shoes.

Very dirty hotels , towers that I wouldn’t even use for my feet, everything is very old , broken bed .

Very good hotel, helpful staff. Located near restaurants, shops and easy access to public transportation. It gets pretty noisy at night, though.

Poor internet connectivity, if any. WiFi did not work. Had to harass the staff until they gave me a mobile WiFi connector. AC was absolutely terrible, took 3 hours if not longer to cool the room. The AC was disabled by the hotel to only run on a very low fan and no other control except temp set point. Again I had to harass the staff for an extra card to keep the power (Air Conditioning) running while I was out because I’m not waiting 3-4 hours for the room to cool. They made up stories like that’s how the internet is in Turkey. Or that the AC. No it is this hotel! I have stayed at cheaper hotels in Istanbul that were much nicer than this facility. I appreciate their accommodations after I was forced to be a jerk due to such ridiculous “4 Star hotel” guest accommodations. It was loud one night too, it’s a hoping neighborhood. I didn’t mind. Would not stay here again,

Dear Ryan,We have considered your comments. We're sorry you're having trouble with the speed of the internet. Since you are complaining about this, a portable internet has been provided to you. The device we offer you belongs to the company that provides the fastest internet in Turkey. Unfortunately, our air conditioning systems are not poorly functioning systems as you mentioned. No problem was observed in the controls made after your complaint. It takes effect in the entire room within 10 to 15 minutes of starting the system. There is an on-off button and a temperature adjustment button in the air conditioner controls. As in all hotels, when you turn on the air conditioner, your room gets cold, when you turn it off, the system stops. If you want your room to be cold all day, of course, you should keep your air conditioner on and leave a key in the key card box to avoid a power cut. Taksim is a region famous for its entertainment venues. We are a facility located in the center of Taksim. For this reason, the street we are on is a lively street. However, the room you are given is one of our quietest rooms on the top floor, facing the back. For this reason, my colleagues have offered you the best room that can be offered to you and the room you are staying in was not face a noisy street.Dear guest, we have been serving with the same team for a long time. We have hosted many guests and will continue to do so. For our all team, your satisfaction is very valuable. We always try to do our best once you have filed a complaint with us about an issue. We want you to know that we tried to make these for you. However, we see that we have not been successful for you. We hope we welcome you again and we can clear these misunderstandings.Have a good life.Best Regards

The hotel is located in the Istiqlal road all shops are around and the Taksim square just few miles around! All the hotel team members are friendly and helpful...specially the front desk manager "Bursa"!!! Recommended for business and tourism!

The property was very nice and clean. The front staff offered to setup ground transport from airport to hotel, which was nice after a 12 hour flight. Hotel staff was always friendly, the room was very clean along with the bathroom. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Hotel was also in a great location as well. Enjoyed my stay

Great hotel location. Rooms are very clean and stuff are super friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended . Only disadvantage is no direct access for car to main entrance to drop and pick bags.

Jag mailade många gånger innan resan till Hande hanim hon svara snabb. Hon var jätte duktig hon hjälpte ned allt. Alla personal i receptionen köket och städaren var jätte hjälpsam. Hotellet väldigt mysig, gammalt och litet men väldigt fräsch och rent. Det ser ut exakt på bilderna. Rummet var väldigt tyst och stor fast hotellet ligger väldigt livligt område det finns disko osv. Inredningen hotellet var super tyckte jag. Nära till allt bra kominikation. Det finns massa restaranger nära och bra. Affärer var väldigt nära. İstiklal caddesi var bara 3-4 minuter att gå. Stark rekomenderar denna hotel. İstanbul är undervart stat det finns mycket göra och se. Jag tackar al personal.
