Hello Dear Guest!Textıng lıe here ın spıte of good servıce and crefully attentıon of hotel personal you acted so strange and rude here wıth your message that ımpossıble to put ınto words .For your esspesıal attentıon we accepted you very early as we promossıed to you but check ın tıme ıs at 14.00 oclock and check out tıme ıs at 12.00 oclock but you came early so we made you waıt only for 30 mınutes what ıs absalutaly normal as the room had been cleanıng at that tıme despıte all our respectfull relatıon reeferıng to you you dare to blame us wıth lıe !The room that we have shared to you was very clean wıth new floors with nıce balcony spaısıous one , and after all nıce treatıng you you descrıbe us with lie ?There are hotel rules and strıcktly terms under good legal condıtıons that everyone ın hotel should follow ıncludıng you too Dear Guest, unfortuanatly we so sorry that we accepted you at all .

Dear Valeu Anonymous Guest, Thank you for your review but i like to clariry some point about your review here on expedia site. First of all cleaning is till 15:00 oclock (3 pm.) free of charge, after 15:00 oclock its against fee and rate is 10€. Its all ready written at the eleivator. WAW Hotel breakfast is not as you have mentioned here, we have a continantal open hot buffet breakfast with all kind of local delicious food like Menemen, Gozleme, Simit etc. We as Waw hotel are getting as well here on expedia, as well as on tripadvisor and many other websites seeable good pointing about our location. We are very unhappy about your review, because you have left WAW Hotel very happy and didnt told us al these problems when you accomodation with us.
