At the reception I was treat very well by most of the staff .. including Stefany that was really helpful. But a woman at the reception hang the phone on my face after I made a complain. Totally absurd. I have never passed through such a thing… The hotel has problems, I could list a few ones… but will not was my time. I would not come back there. At the same time that I unfortunately encountered one very bad employee, they have some very good ones.

O café da manhã é agradável. Tive problema no atendimento do restaurante. Primeiro dia meu almoço demorou dua horas para chegar e ainda ouvir uma piada da pessoa que me atendeu. No outro dia solicitei um espumante com a mesma pessoa e passou um hora nao recebi. Passei a informação para a gerente do restaurante e fiquei satisfeito com o dialogo com ela.

Atendimento no restaurante e na piscina bastante demorado e confuso. Choveu bastante durante esse período e o hotel não tem infra estrutura para essa situação.ficamos ilhados sem poder sair do quarto, pois os vilages não têm conexão com nenhuma parte do hotel e não havia guarda chuvas suficientes para todos. Ao solicitar, funcionários grosseiros e displicentes. Não voltaria e não recomendo.
