My bathroom had not been cleaned, I complained to the front desk on checkout and was told the head manager would call me to follow up and make amends. I have still not heard from them and will never stay there again or recommend. It makes you wonder what else is not changed/cleaned. So disappointed

Check in process was quick. Appreciated being asked at check if I had a floor preference as I prefer a higher floor. Room was immaculate.

This place SHOULD be five stars but there are a few things about the facility that detracted from the experience. First, out shower was broken and wouldn’t shut off. It was loud at night and they couldn’t move us until our second night, but didn’t offer any kind of discount for the first night. They moved us to a patio room which was nice, but the locking mechanisms were removed from the patio doors. Ithaca is pretty safe, but there’s some crime there so I would have preferred to lock my door. We were on the third floor so my concerns were somewhat assuaged, but maintenance had left some extension ladders out and unlocked, so in theory someone could have used one of their ladders to access our patio and entered our room through the unlocked door. Other than that, the facilities were nice and the people were great!

Free hotel shuttle back to ITH airport. Staffs are very nice and friendly. I tripped while in College Town, hotel staff offered various first aids to help me bandage up! You might be able to get the shuttle service from ITH to the hotel. Just need to call 2-3 days before arrival.

Room was recently renovated. LVP floors are so much better than carpet but gaps in installation can hurt when you step onto them. Shower faucet body is loose so it moves as you turn it. Very clean. Smelled great. High ceiling in first floor room

In addition to the things I already mentioned, the rooms have fridges. This wasn't in the Expedia room description but we had two rooms and they both had fridges. Some of the furniture was a little tired, but for the most part, the room was very nicely appointed.

No soap. Short staffed.
When I asked for soap the manager said there was a problem with the order/delivery but if I wanted soap I could walk to the 7/11 and buy some. Seriously? Later tried to order room service and was told they were short staffed so I’d have to come pick it up myself. All not a huge deal (though off putting) but the I saw a review from less than a month ago said the same. This is too bad as the facilities are nice and clean.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk understaffed. Couldn’t find anyone to check out, no coffee in lobby etc but overall good.

Run of the mill hotel. Room was okay, clock was set wrong and the alarm went off around 4 am. Restaurant was practically empty, but service stunk. Would not stay here again. Like a low end chain hotel at premium price.

Nice stay but where’s the soap?
Perfect location to tour Ithaca college, walkable to great down town area and restaurants. Wait staff at hotel restaurant was very helpful and kind. Our room had no soap, no shampoo and a half used bottle on conditioner which was off putting. When I called the front desk asking for soap she reported a lack of soap in the building and seemed reluctant to give us any! I persisted and she brought up a small cake of soap! Strange.

Ithaca Hotel is super convenient.
It was a beautiful hotel. The Brown Wrestling team was above us and quite stompy for a while but overall was a good stay and a great location!
