Air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was meager and poorly set up. Bowls and cereal were hidden in corner. Only one type of cereal. No napkins! Staff could not find any, not even a paper towel or tissue.

This is a motel not an inn with room doors opening to the outside. The restaurant and lounge are not open daily, closed Monday and Tuesday. The room had a sock left on the floor, food left in the fridge, and hair in the shower. The water in the shower fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot.

Remote TV didn't work. Wi-Fi was not working (very weak) and kept disconnected. When it connected, very slow and got time out. Bathroom floor was dirty, toilet wasn't clean, and bath tube water didn't drain. Breakfast just had 2 bags of bagels, coffee pot was empty and no one around to make new coffee.

Good place for the money, The staff were on top of everything, for a budget friendly place their staff made you feel really cared for. Good place. Good People. I recommend.

It was dirty and very old. The whole place needs an upgrade. Had to move rooms and even the 2nd room was still questionable.

The property is very outdated, stuck in the 80's. However, eveything was clean and the staff was friendly. Motel was close to shopping. Their continental breakfast had coffee, toast, and cereal not much else. Overall it is what what one should expect for the price.

The staff are very friendly and polite. Unfortunately the property is a bit run down and could use some maintenance. It was clean enough in that the beds and linens were acceptable, but I opted for a sponge bath instead of a shower, as the tub and shower curtain were questionable. It could be a charming little place if they can bring the repairs and maintenance up to date. As I mentioned, the staff were very politely and friendly, so it bothers me to give this honest review. I know we all have hit hard times these days, Meadow Court included.

Meadow Court was convenient, affordable, and exactly what we needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!

Stayed there for a couple of nights with my son to check out the Cornell campus. If you are on a budget trip this may be a good option.

Easy parking, clean and quiet room. The "Free breakfast" was just bagels and english muffins, basically- no eggs or meat or waffles, etc.

Floor carpet and bathroom was dirty,bed cover was torn even in breakfast service bread was fungus. When asked to change the bread, they said that they didn’t have any fresh bread.

Jodi behind the desk gave me as requested, a quiet room at the end of the long building on the second floor. Good bed, lighting, heater, TV, micro, fridge, coffeemaker and WiFi. I’ve stayed in a number of other places in Ithaca and although this one is the least expensive, it checks off all my needs. Oh, there is a very good restaurant and bar on premises. And it’s across the street from Wegman’s.

Last minute booking, choose least expensive available, got a clean room but with a very musty scent. Went right to sleep and was fine for the 12 hours I was there. Also the continental bfast was decent but I passed on the store bought bread because there was some mold on one of the items.

A for cleanliness, the cleanest motel you're likely to find. Staff was friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast was solid, and Wegman's is right there across the road if you need anything else.

We had a fantastic stay at the Meadowcourt Inn! Jodi at the front desk was super helpful with our check-in and helped accommodate us with a room switch. The room and hotel was clean, everything worked the way it was supposed to, and it was walking distance to most of everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again!

I took photos when we came in. The beds were partially unmade, with dirty blankets. There were tissues (used) on the bed, garbage in the bathroom garbage can. I am literally only staying here because I have nowhere else to go tonight with my 3 children. Will not be back. The front counter gentleman was neither good nor bad.

We walked into our room after driving 2 hours for a concert to opening door and trash not taken out bed not made as if someone just slept in it called front desk and notified the rudest person in the world said get out I went to front door to say we just need another room and was literally pushed door locked we had to drive back home at midnight 2 hours in a snow storm contacted them next day owner refused to call back Expedia should remove this business honestly and anyone else please avoid
