Staff were friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was excellent, and if you are heading out for walks, they can provide a packed lunch if you order the day before.
There must have been at least 5 extremely wellbeahaved dogs at the hotel that were owned by guests, its a super dog friendly place. There are towels to dry off the dogs and also a sink outside undercover with warm water tap to clean the dogs if needed.โ
โPerfect for a short overnight stay. Clean and tidy, great breakfast for ยฃ8!
I booked after 11pm and arrived at 1:30am as I needed to break up a long motorway journey. The 24hrs reception meant no problems.โ

โRoom's were clean, good breakfast, ideal for walking .View's were stunning. Staff were friendly. Not many car parking space but the car park was about 2 mins away. Overall a good place to stayโ
โLovely room. Keswick Suite has seperate sitting area in tower with panoramic views to the western hills.
Meals were very good and the service was excellent.

โI was staying in the hotel whilst my dad was in a nearby hospital having experienced a stroke. The staff went above and beyond and were very flexible about extending my stay and letting me work in the function room etc. The local area is also very nice especially the fish and chip shop and Indian restaurant and pub across the road.โ
โA great location and a very comfortable property with proprietors that were amazingly accommodating. Fingers crossed you get some warm cookies upon arrival and the breakfast is spot on even if you are not a vegetarian.โ

If you want a luxury nights stay with superb service, food and comfort then I couldnโt recommend this hotel anymore. Thank you for all the special touches to make our honeymoon special. โSuper clean room, was nicely designed & a warm welcome.
Had dinner at the restaurant which unfortunately the service wasnโt great really slow & forgot one of our parties meal & drinks order (I would understand if it was super busy but it wasnโt) but they were friendly in general couldnโt fault that. The hotel was lovely giving really cosy vibes & the receptionist was lovely. Would recommend & the surrounding area is really nice for walks. โ
