The property sits on a small cliff overlooking Madera Bay. The view and sunsets are stunning. The staff are very courteous and pleasant. Close to Zihua center and many restaurants and shops. I hope to return next year.

This hotel provided an excellent experience at an affordable price point! The bay view is absolutely awesome and unforgettable. The rooms were clean and the overall installations (including the stunning infinity pool) were great. The service was excellent, and the food was consistently delicious and high quality. Highly recommend for a truly seamless and satisfying trip!

The room was clean. No glasses, or micro,or fridge, no coffee. bare minimum! Two very small water. Tv not working, toilet wouldn’t flush, Told any personal food or drink was prohibited on property. Only in our room.. didn’t get a warm welcome feeling there. One night only thank goodness, due to WestJet change of our flight and our condo not ready.

Great location, downtown is walkable. Lots of great restaurants close by. We got the breakfast package and the food was very good and you got lots of choices. Love the view from the pool overlooking the bay. Could watch alll day. Rooms are just ok. 2 twin beds. Pretty quiet around at night, everything is shut down by about 8. No real area to play cards at night, all very dark. Prices have definitely gone up, not just here but everywhere in Zihua. This is our second visit to Hotel Irma and I would have no problem returning.

The people who work at this hotel were nothing less then fabulous 👌 The manager was always hands on greeting everyone throughout the day every day. I will definitely come back. They are now family.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good and the infinite pool was awesome. Steep climb up but was ok. Would be nice to have a blanket on the beds as you need the ac on but just a sheet was a bit cold. Hars to get a good balance. Great place.
