โExceptional Hospitality & Japanese Style Beachside Hotel. They had everything, beautiful reception area cocktail lounge, a lookout for sunrise & sunset. Plus they made us a very fancy dinner & breakfast even had a private shuttle spared no expense. Truly an awesome experience.โ
โUnfortunetly, we found that my wife passport was lost at the check in. The saff who was fluent in English tried to contact JR lost center at two days, and finally confirmed JR to collect the passport. Without her endeavour, we should suffer from extreme hardship. I really apprecitae her service and extend my thankfulness for this hotel. Wish for good luck of the people of the hotel.โ
โBeautiful ryokan within walking distance to Ise Grand Shrine. Exceptionally clean and quiet room with tatami and private outdoor bath. We utilized the amazing interior private onsens for a relaxing soak. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and served by a very polite, gentle spoken and attentive young gentleman. There is no better customer care than in Japan.โ
โThe hotel was exquisite! Comfortable beds and modern decor. Extremely comfortable. We got breakfast with our stay and we're so glad we did. What an amazing spread! The only thing lacking was juice. Highly recommended!โ
