The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Always greeting us and assisting us with hailing a cab, carrying bags and anything else we needed. Every request was met with a smile. The breakfast buffet was quite comprehensive and delicious. We loved the security of the elevator (cannot go to floors without your key card). The location of the hotel was great to get to Kemeralti (the bazaar) or many restaurants and cafés. In addition, walking on the waterfront was lovely. Highly recommend.

Very clean room. Checked in at night and the personnel was quick and quite helpful. As for the rooms it was quite undated interior but worked fine. We had a beautiful view. More than enough for one night stay.

The view from the rooftop restaurant where a fabulous breakfast buffet is served, and equally great fine dining, is worth the trip for a meal and view even is staying elsewhere. The location is walkable (if hills not an issue - as the whole city rests on 7 relatively steep ones). It’s at edge of historic bizarre and within 1/2 mile of the major famous mosques. Note: late at night some of the surrounding roads are shut down so you can’t rely on GPS. Be sure to confirm taxi driver knows the routes and take hotel card so one can call them if needed for precise driving accessibility at various times.

Fantastic view of the sea. Best central location a couple of steps from the Kordon. Charming historic property. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Reasonably cheap for the great value you get.

Best location in Izmir. In front of the bay and fresh seafood restaurants on the bay. Beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Great extensive breakfast almost a brunch. Staff felt like a family community. Thanks!
