Poor experience

The staff were friendly, vale service was good. However the room it self was so dirty. The floors the furniture everywhere was full of dirt and dust. Breakfast was also poor. Room had not a single tea or coffee. Also bathroom not a single toiletry.

The description of the hotel is nothing compared to the reality: 1) The pictures shows that the balcony has city view, but the real view is to other buildings in a creepy neighbourhood. 2) The toilet was placed up high, so it was impossible to sit on it comfortly. 3) The hand wash was placed weirdly so we had to bend over to be able to use it. 4) We only got one blanket which was not big enough for two people. 5) one of the our nights there, we did not have hot water, so we had to bathe in cold water. 6) The hotel was in a bad shape and the mini bar did not cool the drinks. 7) The staff could not speak English so we always had difficulty to talk with them. 8) The breakfast was always old food and no hygiene was added to the buffet. Overall, we are not satisfied by our stay at the hotel, and we will not recommend this hotel.

Vet ej hur den har fått 4 stjärnor men den var absolut mer värd 2 stjärnor. Var långt bort från Kordon tog oss ca 30 min att promenera. Hela hotellet luktade cigarett och exit utgången vid entre plan var stängd ned hotell material.Däremot var familje rummet stort men man kunde höra allt från väggarna.Gammalt hotellmen trasiga lampor.

Şehir merkezinde uygun bir konaklama yeri

Eşim ve 2 çocuğumuzla 1 gece konakladık. Kahvaltısı oldukça güzeldi. Personel güler yüzlüydü ve çok yardımcı oldular. Hr hangi bir sorun yaşamadık.

Yorumları görmeden resimlerden yola çıkarak odayı aldım ama yorumları gördükten sonra çok korktum belkide otel sahibi değişti bilmiyorum ama hiç yorumlardaki gibi kötü falan değildi oda tertemizdi çamaşırlarda aynı şekilde sadece içeride sigara içilmiş ve güzel havalandırılmamış olması dışında hiç bir sorun yoktu 10 üzerinden 7 bence

İzmir fuarına gittiğimiz için bir gece konakladık ve otel berbatın da ötesindeydi. Oda leş gibi kokuyordu ve bunu resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde “evet olabilir” dediler hiçbir şey yapmadılar. Oda 8. katta olduğu için duşa su o kadar az basınçla geliyordu ki yıkanmak imkansızdı. Bunu bildirip duş almak için başka bir odaya geçmek istediğimi söylediğimde ise yapabileceğimiz bir şey yok dediler ve ben duş almak için arkadaşlarımın oteline gitmek zorunda kaldım. Onların oteli 3 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen bu otelden kat kat iyiydi, nasıl 4 yıldızlı olabiliyor gerçekten anlamıyorum. Odadaki çarşaflar yırtıktı ve lekeliydi. Kahvaltı da çok kötüydü. Keşke asla bu otele gelmeseydim.

İğrenç bir otel

Otel kötü değil iğrenç. Asansöre biz içindeyken 3 kere reset attılar, iki kerede çıktık. İlk oda leş gibi sigara kokuyordu, havalandırma yok, klima yok.Oda eşyaları çok eski ve yatılacak gibi değildi.Başka odaya geçtik orasında da eşyalar aynı, tesadüf bir yastığı aldık kılıfı yırtıktı ve odada yine ağır bir koku vardı. Tüm koridorlar ve oda halı kaplı ama halılar bildiğin leş... Neyse uzatmayım giriş yapmadan çıkıp gittik. Parayı iade edeceklerini ve yarın hesaba geçireceklerini söylediler. Fakat otel müdiresi Seçil hanım arayıp ödeme yapamayacaklarını ama yarın otel sahibi ile konuşup çözmeye çalışacağını söyledi.Ertesi gün aradığımda maalesef ödeme yapamayacağız dedi. Sonuç:Otel çok kötü ailelere kesinlikle uygun değil aslında kimseye uygun değil. Biz akşam başka otel aramak zorunda kaldık, bir gecede iki otel parası ödeyip akşam üstü İzmir’de perişan olduk.

Room was specious,lift to the all the rooms, quieter environment , nice dinner hall on the top floor with beautiful view , very close to Basmane Rain Station (about 7 minutes walk)which is one of the main station to go around ,20 minute walk to the beach and point of interests.Trains and Undergroun very easy and very cheap to use throughout the city from Airport. Staff can not speak English much,very little English so better to have that in mind as it is extremely difficult to communicate. Take your own tea,coffee and dry milk powder as you will not find these easily.They drink green tea only.

Trotz Buchungsbestätigung konnte ich nicht Einchecken da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Nachts um 1.00 Uhr stand ich auf der Straße! Bezahlt war es auch schon!

Mevcut yildizlarini hak etmeyen bir otel. Havlular keskin camasir suyu kokuyordu. Kuvet pas icindeydi. Klozet kullanimdan eskimis ve sararmisti. Kahvalti hic vermeseler daha iyi. Ikram diye odaya cay ve su birakmislar ama su isiticisi yoktu. Odalar genis ancak eski. Odedigim parayi kesinlikle hak etmiyor.

Sürekli konaklayan birisi olarak reservasyon yaparken fotoğraflarda görünenin aksine gördüğüm en bakımsız otellerden biriydi.Yatak berbat durumda çökmüş bir haldeydi konfor olarak inanılmaz kötüydü,Duşta kullanılan batarya berbattı su az az akıyordu,gömme rezervuar yerinden çıkmış atıl bir haldeydi,fayanslar kırık çok bakımsızdı.İşletmede sorumlu bir beyfendiye sorunları sözlü olarak ilettim.İnsanları görüntülerle kandırmayın neyin ne olduğunu bilebilecek insanlarız.Aldığınız ücreti helal etmiyorum.
