“The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place.”

“The hotel is in a good location and close to the highways. Staff barely makes eye contact with you especially the front desk staff that wouldn’t acknowledge you due to her being on her cell phone. Suite was nice, but shower backs up and shelves in tub are falling down. Half a roll of toilet paper and no soap in the kitchenette. Housekeeping was off due the holiday and garbage just sat in the hallways by room doors. Not worth the nearly $200 a night charge.”

“I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.”

“This property was conveniently located for my stay. The bedding was clean and new. However, the room needs updates. My door needed to be pulled closed. Could easily have been left askew. Then when closed, there was light coming through the crack.”

“I plan to stay again soon as we will be back to visit family. It is centrally located near the highway which is helpful. The staff were so friendly. There were a lot of families present. The pool and breakfast area looked very nice. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not very clean and looked shabby but when I got into my room, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy, AC and TV, Fridge worked well. My sheets were a little stained but clean and smelled fresh. ...
