Jaguaribe, Ceará hotel rooms at the Independent

"This was probably the worst check in in my whole trip, the receptionist sent us to the most remote room in the property with a view of the laundry lines and called it a garden view, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE TIME mischarged for the extras. I had to get visibly upset for the room to be changed. "

"The hotel is basic a bit worn , but good value for money. Walking distance to the beach and resturants & shopping"

"O hotel é bem localizado e tem uma estrutura boa, porem um quarto não ter um espelho, só havia um espelho no banheiro. O quarto não possuia copos, e quando desco para solicitar o recepcionista a noite me disse que teria que buscar no restaurante, um absurdo, e chegando no restaurante me deram copos de plásticos, mesmo pedindo copos de vidro. Um dia no restaurante pedi café e disseram que a máquina estava quebrada, mesmo tendo uma maquina recepção, mas a preguiera grande. Outro dia no restaurante...

"The stay was pretty great, but the restaurant services were really slow, it would take ages between ordering and receiving our dishes. Also there was a lack of hangers in the bathroom to hang wet clothes and towels. Despite that, it was really great! The location was perfect, the reception was excellent, the workers were all so friendly and thoughtful, they would help whenever they could. We thank them a lot!"
