Good value and location

We enjoyed our stay here. Appreciated the upgrade to a lovely room. Great breakfast buffet and had a nice lunch at the bar. Good value and would return. The employees were very courteous here.

Excellent hotel - staff are the best!

The staff are so friendly. Food is delicious. Rooms are good - the air conditioning is not as strong so be warned the lobby and rooms can be on the warmer side but not uncomfortable. The staff really set this hotel apart from others.

A big part of a holiday is the hotel. The staff made you feel special, they cater to your needs, great dining options (I recommend the pulled lamb dish for dinner). We were upgraded to the executive rooms on the 12 floor, they were very comfortable. This propertynhas a valet parking (RP 90.000) and a concierge.

We really love the hotel! The design, location, and services are top-notch! We’re especially very fond of Bli Edi, the concierge who always helps us with our bags. Honestly, tho, I expect a bit more hospitality from them because well, after all, they have those 5 stars. But, we still enjoyed our stay and would love to go back! PS.: The interior design reminds us A LOT of the movie Lost in Translation. During our stay, we lived the Bill Murray and ScarJo fantasy!

Customer service was very tentative. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and the same service quality was experienced again, especially from Rijal. However need to improve the cleanliness of toilet, I found hair in the shower room straight two days without remove it.

Food quality from Room service and Rasa poor compared to last year. Though two of the restaurants are still fantastic. Thermostat kept failing at night. Twice told that someone would get back to me and no one did. Japaenese toilet panel was not working.

I really enjoyed my stay at AYANA Midplaza JAKARTA. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth, and the service felt top notch the whole way through. The highlight for me was definitely the gym—it was surprisingly comprehensive for a hotel, with plenty of equipment to keep up my usual routine. Rooms were comfortable, the hotel was well-kept, and overall it felt like a great mix of comfort and quality. Would absolutely stay again!

One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Room incredibly spacious, excellent amenities, lovely spa, amazing breakfast buffet, delicious cafe. The decor of the entire property was also beautiful. Right on top of an MRT station and easy access to a cool food centre (Chillax) and main roads for quick Gojek trips. Highly recommend.
