Room was very clean, cozy and quite artsy. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Jakarta. Very close to the happening & culinary spots such as Bundaran HI, Grand Hyatt, Plaza Indonesia as well as the newly BNI City/Sudirman Baru/Dukuh Atas MRT Stations making it easy & seamless to/from the Cengkareng International Airport. Also, yummy breakfast food and the staff was properly trained/professional. Very highly recommended.

Near the transport hub, very good location. Nice roof top bar. Staff is good and attentive. Only thing is the staff take a bit of time to pick up call on special service. Suggest also put hand towel in the room.

Excellent Hotel and Great Location

An excellent option, in a great location within 2/3 mins walk of BNI City train station (on the main line from the airport) - and next to a metro station too. The staff were welcoming, the room and bathroom very good too. I would very happily stay here again.

Location was good enough. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Both are major shopping malls. The breakfast was good. The room has a damp smell maybe because of the high humidity in the area. They only give out bath towels. The hotel said they do not have hand towels. So that was unusual. The bath towels when it gets wet, has a smell. Like dirty laundry. So make sure you get fresh ones every day. The staff are friendly. Overall it's a good stay. The rate is very reasonable for the area. They let you do a late checkout for free until 1pm.

Great location hotel with incidents

We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights as our base camp to our trip in Jakarta. We chose the hotel because of the location - it is well connected to MRT, LRT, BRT and also train to the airport - plus its within a walking distance to some big malls, if you don't mind to walk along Jakarta's main street. As a bonus, during weekend, the street in front of the hotel will be part of a car-free day, which gives you a different perspective of Jakarta. Whilst the location is great, every day we had a strange (unnecessary) incident, from the check-in process lady whom felt purposely emphasise to us to return the card key when we check out (?), a member of breakfast team who asked me to leave the room because they round out of space despite my daughter who was sitting next to me was still eating her breakfast (in 2 of 4 days seemed they either ran out of some food or plates and glasses), and we had an incident of a horrible bed bugs (!) but they reacted pretty quickly and tried to gave us a room which was appreciated, but then new room's shower door cannot close properly :-) So in short, I still really like the location - I don't think there is a better connected hotel in Jakarta than this - so for a business trip perhaps ok, but if I want to enjoy my holiday with my family, I would revisit my choice set.
