Great Location

There is a balcony attached to my room however it was locked and not accessible. The location of this hotel to the shopping mall is great. Shops are within walking distance. It is my one of my favourite hotels in this area.

the eating area is too small for the number of people staying at the hotel. there is a smell on the 8th floor that should be researched. and someone should make sure builders of motels create a slight slope in showers for proper drainage.

Room was terrible dirty , dusty and bed sheets was dirty and expecting this room to sell to guest to sleep with . Bathroom towels are dirty and dark Super beware and not recommend to stay

What i like is the location is close to my friends house, and the staff is very helpfull, What i dont like is i stay for 6 nights on 6th floor and every nights around 12 ish am someone like tidying up the rooms so noisy, and the rooms isnt very clean the sheet of the beds lots of spots, i complain already and they gave me a new ones its better but the floor is dirty..the fridge inside the rooms it doesnt work, and every single day someone will clean up my rooms even i told them not too..and move my property inside the room as well, and the food really bad..the nasi uduk is the worse, maybe next time ill stay here again maybe...i hope you guys can fix this please thanks

hotel yg startegis

pesan kamar 1 queen bed di aplikasi, tapi dapatnya 2 twin bed, kalau memang habis seharusnya di aplikasi tidak dicantumkan kamar queen bednya, akhirnya kasur twin bed disatukan yg mengurangi rasa nyaman tidur. Kamar kurang kedap suara jadi pas malam ketika ada suara berisik dari luar cukup terdengar kolam renang dengan mini waterpark cukup bersih dan baik. sarapan lumayan untuk nasi goreng di menu hotelnya sangat enak namun harganya kurang baik. lokasi cukup strategis dekat dengan summarecon mall serpong

Fair Hotel, Good Service

The hotel is located in a nice area, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was very dirty, old and in need of remodeling. Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile. Bed was decent, but NOT the Select Comfort Bed as stated in the listing. Pool was quite noisy on the weekend. Buffet breakfast was nice.

This is my 2nd stay after a long break. NO hair dryer in room, I asked for 1 at night, no news. Next morning I called again, they say all loaned out, no unit for me, what a bad hair day. Shouldn't all rooms be equipped with one ? Parking fee - all taxis that comes in need to pay parking fee, and they claimed from me, It was quite a disappointing stay

What is the meaning of CONFIRMED RESERVATION ?

The first night I stayed at Ara was excellent. Then when I returned 6 days later and I had a confirmed reservation, they told me that they had no room for me and that they bumped my reservation to another guest. They put me over at another hotel and that took another hour or so. Then that room that A/C didn’t work well. So then I called the front desk immediately and I wanted to cancel my reservations. They never returned my calls for several hours. Then when I contacted Hotels.com to cancel, they were very helpful. Then the staff at the hotel weee calling me every 5-10 minutes about the cancelation. It’s kind of funny. I’m just the cash paying guest. And they treat me like I made the mistake. Next time I’m in Jakarta, I won’t stay at Ara or Atria.

L'hotel in se, nn si presenta neanche male, ma nn appena si entra in camera e si guarda il letto si cambia subito opinione. Lenzuola e copricuscino sporche e bucate. Ascibamani anche loro strappati/bucati e sporchi. Sono sincero nn mi tengo conto del tipo di hotel o della location, ma tengo molto conto della pulizia.... cosa che in quel hotel nn esiste. Dimenticavo anche il servizio in camera è ridicolo in tutto e per tutto
