괜찮은 호텔
가격대비 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 침대도 크고 편안하고 깨끗하고 좋은데 조식은 그냥 그렇습니다. 역 과 가까워서 위치는 좋은데 찾기가 조금 힘드네요.

very dirty rooms , cockroaches in our room. very noisy from other hotel guests.the food is horrible.for breakfast cold food almost no choice.choice of rice with some vegetables and mini pieces of chicken with more bone than chicken .the other thing we could choose was bread with a fried egg .i asked if they had fruit they didn't.for drink they only have old coffee and tea that had been standing for hours and water.there was nothing more.we are not fussy eaters but this was so bad and dirty that we ate outside the hotel.we were happy that we only stayed 2 nights. we had no choices our plane was only in 2 days and we had already pay.never ever again in this hotel. stay away from here.

La chambre est bien avec de bons lits mais ce qui me désole c est qu il y a 2 fenêtres qui ne servent à rien La 1ère fenêtre donne sur un mur noir et la 2ème fenêtre sur le couloir de l’hôtel De plus il est assez dangereux pour les personnes âgées de mettre la douche en plein milieu elles risquent de glisser et se casser la jambe. Il faudrait au moins prévoir un anti dérapant au sol

Efficient lodging in Jakarta
The hotel is very good (considering the price) facilities are basic but OK. Room a bit small but clean. 24 h food service. Well located, but immediate surroundings very poor.

Located in a bit secluded location. But, very nice, clean and an affordable hotel to stay. The breakfast buffet was very good for which I will give them +1.

After the 2nd nite, one of our rm experienced total black dirty water in the wc as well from the sprayed water. Water flow from the sink also very weak. We decided to check out and moved to another hotel as we hv another 2 more nights. Anyway to refund for tje rm with problem?

Lokasi agak tersorok & supir grab agak mencari di mana. Agak jauh dari rumah makan. But staff very helpful & friendly. mau kemana2, staff nya bisa pesan grab. Kamar bagus sekali, makanannya pun enak :) Selesa tinggal di sini. Wifi laju.

Fräscht hotell med mycket bra läge
och våningsplanen var väldigt nytt och fräscht. Rummet var fint, lite mörkt men helt ok. Badrummet var däremot väldigt trist, ingen avdelare till duschen utan man duschade vid toalettsitsen och det blev väldigt blött överallt och ingen skrapa eller nåt för att torka upp det. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och hade gratis transfer till tågstationen. Restaurangen var ockdå helt ok. Skulle definitivt bo här igen.

OK, bit isolated
Location is not so good. You'll need uber to get around. Comfortable bed. Excellent Wi-Fi. Great breakfast. Lovely, helpful staff. Our special thanks to the lovely Karina, who looked after us and helped us with sightseeing advice. Room fittings remind me of supermarket shelving. Lots of watchable TV channels. Excellent. Some great movie channels. Only problem is that the bathroom is a wet room. Everything is wet when you have a shower. Overall good value for money.

Reasonable Price for a Centrally Located Hotel
The only thing to shout about this hotel is its central location. Front desk staff weren't friendly. room was very small, shower was above the toilet seat. We had wanted a centrally located hotel at a reasonable price, but didn't expect the standard to be quite so low. Our window overlook a wall.

Good value - but moldy
I want to mention first that staff was very nice and at least tried to make our stay a good one. I also want to point out that I was impressed by the food (great value and even vegetarian choices for breakfast). However, the room smelled terrible (moldy) like most rooms in Indonesia though. It’s also due to the way the room’s set to. The shower is pretty much in the same room with little to no ventilation and no window. So naturally it’s moldy. If you have allergies don’t do it. I did not request another room as I’m pretty sure they’re all the same anyway. Beds are comfortable enough. I used the fitness facilities - AC was working but had to climb up a chair and switch it on myself. I just don’t get why the simple things aren’t taken care of. Just vacuum the floor there and it will be totally fine. Also, something we found in pricy AND cheap accommodation, the smoke detectors were covered - absolut NOGO! And not the way to fix other issues.Anyway, the value of this especially combination with the breakfast fitness and feee train station shuttle is still great.

Great location and friendly staff. Amazing food with 24 hour kitchen. Would stay here again the next time I am Jakarta. Couldn't ask for better hotel because the staff was very helpful making it easy for us to navigate the area and the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

Just ok; desk manager that checked us in was so cranky; Two different ladies worked day shift and were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had few western choices; no fruit, coffee good. Beds were hard, room very bare, WiFi pretty good, shower is part of whole bath area so everything gets wet; this is common I think in a lot of Asian hotels. Location is ok, not great.

Decent place for a good price.
The staff here are really nice but the rooms weren't very comfortable. Beds were rock hard and besides the lobby the hotel feel more like a hostel.

Very convenient, close to Gambir train station, breakfast buffet was good; a lot of selections. The place was clean, and staff were courteous. Over all, it was a good place to stay.

A very nice hotel conveniently located
The service of the people working at this hotel is just excellent. Nothing at all to complain about apart from the tiny ants that seem to enjoy this hotel. But no big deal. I would stay here again, for sure.

Decent hotel with excellent breakfast
The best part of this hotel is the excellent buffet breakfast! Lots of selection of Indonesian and Western food. They also have free shuttles to various places, like the textile market and Gambir station. Otherwise, the room was standard and not very remarkable, but comfortable. Unfortunately, our A/C unit stopped working the second night, but we were only there for two nights so we didn't bother complaining.

Luckily there are still much room for improvement.
The service at the front desk was excellent and the staff are all very helpful. However to stay competitive in the Jakarta hotel market, the hotel needs upgrade and overall renovation as the room was a bit old & decoration was out dated. Ant was found in the room and dining table at the restaurant as well. This is the first hotel I stays that provide towel in dark colour. We don't know if they are clean or safe to use as you can't tell when the towel is in dark colour. I can't comment much on the location but I have 2 taxi trips to hotel and one of the Blue Bird taxi Driver is unaware of the hotel and has problem finding it even with me showing him the name card of the hotel. It is more like a budget hotel for couple and with the same price you can definitely find better hotel in this city.

A very recommended Hotel
First time entering the loby hotel we were smelling a lovely green tea fragrant that refresh us after a tired trip. We stay at the hotel for 2 night, at Delux rooms. The bed rooms have big space, clean and tidy. The bathroom are cean too. City M Hotel has a strategic location, close to everywhere. At sunday morning after a nice breakfast we went to Monas by walk just about 3-4 minuts far. The hotel gives free shuttle to Tanah Abang market. All staff are friendly and very helpful, even the owner of the Hotel is very humble and nice boss!! He the one that took us for free shuttle to Tanah Abang market. Thank you very much :) Breakfast has plenty of choices menu :Indonesian food, western food, fress fruits and salad, delicious dissert...the taste for all the food are Awesome!! Beyond my expectation!! Breakfast menu changed every day !! Well done chef !! If we come to Jakarta...we will return to this hotel for sure ;)

Clean hotel close to the National Monument
The staff was excellent. I am an English speaker, and I had no difficulties communicating with the staff. They answered all my questions and needs. They ordered a taxi for me, kept our luggage in a storage room after we checked out, and the complimentary breakfast and coffee were delightful. The room was very comfortable, easily climate controlled, and the wi-fi worked without a hitch. The only thing we noticed were some very small ants in the room, but they were few and were not a problem.

Saubere Zimmer die nach außen ruhig waren. Aber nach innen hat man viel mitbekommen. Gute Lage zum Monument Indonesia und Nationalmuseum. Busse und Zugstationen gut erreichbar. Hilfsbereites Personal das englisch spricht. Hervorragendes Frühstück im Preis mit inbegriffen. Wir sind sehr zufriedene. Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Ruhig das Abenteurer öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln angehen. Auch essen kann man bei jedem Straßenstand. Bei fahrten mit Tuk-Tuk Preise vorher ausmachen und sich nicht so über den Tisch ziehen lassen. Dies gilt auch für Führungen.

他の方のコメントにもあるとおり、従業員がとても親切です。一生懸命助けてくれます。朝食もバリエーションがあります。 ただ部屋に窓がない圧迫感、蚊に何度か刺されたり、施設自体は値段相応と思います。 お安いホテルを探しているならお勧め出来ますが、部屋の快適さを求める方にはお勧めしません。

Food served was very healthy food that fits my diet as I went to Jakarta for a marathon. Room was very comfortable and staff were all very friendly. Definitely will stay again at this hotel for my next visit.
