From our side, it is true that we did not receive a confirmation email from Expedia regarding your room reservation at favehotel Bandara Tangerang. We have confirmed and contacted our central management office to check the email, but unfortunately, we couldn't find it. We took the initiative to assist you in checking in so that you could rest. However, we only had rooms with one bed and two beds available, and there were no triple rooms, so there was an additional cost.After you checked in and rested, we continued searching for the confirmation email from Expedia, but still, we could not find it. We kept looking, and it turned out that the confirmation email for your booking was not from Expedia but through DOTW (Destination of the World). Naturally, we were confused and had to think it through. We are now processing this.Actually, we have a shuttle schedule at 07:00 and 12:00 WIB. Outside these schedules, there is a charge.
