A hotel that actually fits its five star rating. Excellent quality accommodation, rooms and common areas. Can select from a wide range of breakfast buffet options. Most noticeable was the excellent customer service, prompt responses to requests and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look to stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. it's convenient for Jakarta traffic. The team at the hotel are always super responsive and supportive and I always appreciate their warm welcome.
I have stayed enough times at this hotel to feel as though it really is a home away from home. I love how the team here recognize me and service is professional, warm and welcoming. Just back from Java and it was bliss to experience the lovely cool, white, crisp bed linen and the enormous bath towels which I always love at this hotel. But the cream that rises to the top here is how wonderful the team is and how they always care for me - it will be hard to go back to reality!
