The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for shopping and dining, sightseeing, and taking the public transportation. The breakfasts have really good selection of local specialties. Improvements are needed in the detailed cleaning and also the maintenance of the room facilities.

It's a fine place to stay. Breakfast was varied (I'm mainly just a coffee guy) but I tried a few small bites of many things. Staff were very nice.

Nice place to stay, delicious breakfast provided every morning. Good food in the surrounding area. Staff friendly and helpful. Waking distance to MRT and bus station. The hotel needs to better maintain dryer in laundry room

The hotel is decent for a brief visit, but the rooms and the food choices are not very impressive. The hotel entrance is often crowded with cars, which makes it hard to enter or exit. The location is convenient, as it is close to Grand Indonesia shopping mall.

They offered a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one regardless of my preferences.

The reason for the poor rating was the check in. We specifically booked a non-smoking room but the young woman at the check-in desk stated that because we had booked a ‘flexible’ room, this meant it could be either smoking or non-smoking. We said non-smoking. The woman said that only smoking rooms were available. We said no, we booked a non-smoking room and this is what we wanted. She nodded and got on the walkie-talkie thing. She told us to wait. 20 mins later she said our room was ready. We arrived at the second floor to be confronted with the unmistakable smell of stale smoke. It was overpowering. Our room was filled with recently-dispensed air freshener but it couldn’t hide the awful stench. Then we spotted the ashtray on the table. Then we found a dirty sock beside the bed. Welcome to the Holiday Inn! More like Welcome to Hell.

I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. The breakfast was not really good as I expected. The working chair was too old, dirty, and broken. I called front desk 5 times to ask for replacement, and nobody picked up the phone. Won’t return to this hotel.
