騒音ホテル

掲載されている写真その通りです。 但し最上階(6階)がデスコバーの様になっており、夜10時過ぎから夜中3時過ぎまで大音量、それで部屋が振動する位でした。 フロントに連絡しました。部屋の交換(1階下で部屋が小さくなった様で音、振動とも解消されません。)のみで耳栓を渡されたました。 4日間全く寝れません。仕事にも支障がでました。この様なホテルは削除すべきです。御社に対してもクレーム報告とさせて下さい。 宿泊費の返還をして欲しい位です。

Decent hotel in great location. Drawback is there's no ceiling between the rooftop bar (where there's a DJ until 4am) and the lobby, so it's very noisy even indoors. Many moskitos. Tiny rooms with no wardrobe. Rest all fine

After some initial plumbing problems and mosquitos, Rio was quick to react and respond to our problem. He made sure the problem was resolved and the rest of our stay was smooth and comfortable. We were so happy with the service we received from Rio and the comfort of our room that we decided to make an additional stay after getting back from Bali. Breakfast is just excellent. Head and shoulders above the competition. The cafe and music is just awesome from a setting and vibe point of view. It is worth noting that there is a fair amount of music/noise that comes into the rooms because of the rooftop bar and the club in the basement. However, this is easily managed through earplugs. So this was a non issue during my stay.

The best in the area

Nice hotel with very pleasant staff , I was a little disturb by the noise of the rooftop bar , but I was changed to a lower room. Nice to have a fresh cooked breakfast . I have been in other hotels in the area and I am very satisfied with my experience at monopoli Hotel, especially the professionalism of the staff .
