The hotel room I stayed had great view. I was able to look wide range of Jakarta city, thus I felt like flying over there. I enjoyed the clean room with a comfortable bed. Also, the hotel staff was kind.

The staff were great and the rooms cleaned well each day. The building though is a little dated and could do with remodeling. Outside was dirty and chaotic like most of Jakarta but this is not the fault of the hotel. Probably wont visit Jakarta again but if I did I would stay and the Menara Peninsular again.

The staff was nice and friendly but overall the hotel is a bit old and run down. Good menu for room service and the bed is comfy but the toilet is a bit old and smells from the drains. The water flow of the shower was also not so great and hot water took a while to come.

Peninsula is an older hotel but is in good shape. Good cleaning staff, food is good too. It needs a little more in the cleaning department, a bit moldy here & there

The overall hotel need to be renovated. It looks tired..... TV is too small, leaky faucet, accoustic between room need improvement as you can hear your neighbor taking shower/flushing.

音が気になる以外は文句ナシ

ジャカルタはどこにいってもクルマの騒音がひどいのですがここではゆっくり過ごせました。ただぜいたくを言うとエアコンを切っても空調の音が気になりましたね。ある程度古いとそうなるでしょうからここの問題だけということではないのですが。それ以外は満足です。はずれがない安定感を楽しめます。もキレイそう。料理はたいへんおいしかったです。
