A very special shout-out to Ally, the pool assistant, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable — and when I accidentally left behind my sunglasses case by the pool, the team personally made sure it was found and returned. That kind of genuine care is what makes this place truly special. The Bay View Lounge was another highlight — a perfect spot to unwind with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and gorgeous views.
