"We did not expect this to be a large room but it's quite small compared to other hotels we stayed in this area previously. The bathroom area is very small but functionally good. Hotel provided daily free-of-charge 1 bottled water for each registered occupant, which was convenient for guests. Location is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building #2, where you can take an elevator ride to the Observation Deck on the 45th floor of the building, free of charge, and have a great view of the Tokyo area below, especially at night. Shinjuku Station is also a 12 to 15-minute walk away."

"If you wanted a nice hotel at the airport this one is hard to beat - reasonable price and nice facilities. Perhaps not ‘luxury’ but well above functional and the Onsen is a real bonus if you wanted to give it a try. You can get inclusive room rates but the price is pretty reasonable anyway"

"So happy with our stay here. We had a late flight in and loved the free shuttle bus service from the airport as it’s our first time in Osaka. We love not having to worry about public transport with kids late at night. The room was big and spacious, we all had a good night sleep. The next morning we walked to Rinku Outlet mall and enjoyed our first day in Osaka shopping. Great prices and beautiful sea side view to enjoy coffee. Would definitely stay here again for the first stop before heading to Namba after a long flight. All the staff were so lovely, we also stored our luggage while we spent the day shopping."

"Location was good. Able to get to the Yamanote and Keihen Tohoku Lines and travel around Tokyo. Bath house was nice and clean. Nice to relax at the end of of long day in a warm bath. Only wish would have been a sauna and a cold bath. Having the Lawson convenience store inside then hotel was a treat. I didn’t eat breakfast at the restaurant so I have no idea if it is good or not. Can do Laundry in the hotel. I think they had a gym but it was really tiny so I just passed on it."
