"The room given was different from the one we booked (larger, but with 4 single beds instead of 1 double bed). The staff at reception were dull and seemed bored and uninterested. Breakfast was more than good. The surroundings are full of beggars and homeless drug users (can't say it's necessarily unsafe though). Main point is it's OK but way overpriced for what it is."

"I thought that the property was great for visitors. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accomodating (especially with me being a foreigner). I think the staff went above and beyond for me. Their restaurant made incredible food. The pool area was great for relaxing, and there are plenty of amenities for guests. I would recommend this place to any visitors to Campo Grande."
