Minimalist but comfy

"Comfortable minimalist hotel with big bathrooms, lots of nice common spaces, a decent gym, laundromat and even a games room and movie room! The curtains could be improved to block out all the light - at the moment the edges let a lot of light in. I really like these kind of hotels that focus on comfort and practicality over appearances."

"We have stayed there a few times but in addition to the central location and the ambiance the attention to detail and support from the staff was absolutely amazing. I would especially like to single out the following staff who went above and beyond to make the experience amazing. Elena Zamora was able to book a reservation at the Diverxo (which is a top 5 in the world Michelin Star restaurant) with only 1 day after the request. She insured that it was a truly memorable experience. Everyone else was simply amazing, kind and positive. The staff is always available for a request, a smile, or even an ice cold glass of cava. It’s out favorite place to stay in Madrid"

"This is an architecturally beautiful, clean, and well maintained hotel in the heart of Madrid. The location is the real value of this hotel. The rooms are comfortably sized for 2 people in center of the city. There are plenty of food, shopping, and transportation access within steps of the front door. Don’t expect luxury, door men, or daily fresh cut flowers in the lobby, but this is a great hotel with all amenities that one would need for a trip to Madrid. We would stay here again on our next visit to Madrid. "
