"Great airport hotel, conveniently located with a fabulous airport shuttle available at whatever ungodly hour you might need it. We were only here for about 11 hours, but the shower was hot with amazing water pressure, the towels were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. I was amazed that the breakfast buffet was available at 3:30 in the morning! Coffee and a pastry at that hour cannot be beat, especially before an early flight. Our flight departed from Terminal 3 and the hotel is in Terminal 2, but thanks to the shuttle, getting there was zero problem even with our "middle of the night" departure time. The staff was absolutely lovely, and we would definitely stay here again."

"The room is small, but overall it was quite clean. However, there were several issues during my stay: * There are only a few elevators, and they are often very crowded, making it difficult to go up and down. * Although I stayed in a non-smoking room, there was a very strong cigarette smell in the room, which was quite unpleasant. * The air conditioning could not be properly adjusted. It seemed that there was a problem with the control knob. * The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, making it inconvenient to use the shower. Hopefully, these issues can be improved for future guests."
