They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service.”

To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities.
The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good....
