"Rooms wasnt clean. Stuff under the bed. Tv couldnt turn chanels or look at the tv guide. Power button n volume was the only thing that worked. Balcony screen door and door wouldnt lock. Carpet needed a good vacum. Smoke detector wasnt attacked n working. The plug in for the wall was coming out some. When we called about the tv to front desk she told us someone will be right there but no one showed up. Halls in the wall. Stuff splatter on the wall in bathroom. Hot tub was out of order. Pool area needed work. Pool wasnt bad went up to 10ft. Walls r thin. Worst hotel room I ever stayed in."

"Honestly this is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in for some time. Staff was friendly and courteous and the WiFi was good. Of course the kids complained there was no pool 🙃 "

"The problem was that at 11:3o pm last night, water started pouring into the bathtub and on the floor around the tub and in the entry. this came from a leak in the plumbint in the room above. We called the emergency number, which is in another city. We got through the night, as the leak finally stopped. But if we had stayed another night, we would have had to move rooms. Otherwise I liked this place."

"Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel"
