The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book."

"The room was very clean and bath room was clean and fresh. The shower was in disrepairas it only dispensed HOT WATER. The single knob mixing valve was not calibrated correctly to mix the water to a comfort temperature. We did not have an opportunity to inform the front desk because it was discovered in the morning just before we were getting ready for church services. We informed the front desk when we returned. They were accomodating kind and reseptive."
