The Crowne Plaza Suites hotel was surprisingly convenient for my stay in Pittsburgh. While located in Bethel Park rather than downtown, it proved to be the perfect staging point for excursions both in Pittsburgh and a day trip to the Laurel Highlands. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was outstanding; the room was excellent. I was incredibly disappointed to find out that you still hadn't fixed the computers in your office section. I couldn't sign into my email and print out my boarding passes for my flight home during my stay one year ago, and they still didn't work on this visit, one year later, are you kidding me? I had to go to Office Depot to print out the boarding passes.
