"I have a student at GWU, so this location is extremely convenient for spending time with your student. The rooms are clean and spacious, housekeeping arrives every day around 9am with fresh towels and lotions. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the door/bell personnel are very nice. I have absolutely no complaints with the property itself. I stay here every time I come to see my daughter. The absolute truth is that this hotel is on a college campus around the corner from fraternity row, so expect loud music, screaming and sirens on Friday/Saturday nights until about 11:30pm. Don’t expect to sleep until well after that. Otherwise, great property."

"We had a very nice stay. The location was great for what we had planned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was attentive and friendly, which was a great way to start the day. My family would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay downtown."

"It was quiet and smoke free which I liked. Breakfast was ok but thought it did not met what I paid for. Which there were more vegetables and fresh fruit."

"I’ve spent my weekend trip at hotel Zena and enjoyed my stay. The staffs are friendly and attentive to my needs. I love the complimentary coffee and water. It is also conveniently located a fee blocks from McPherson Square and Franklin park."

"The kitchen/buffet staff were really accommodating, but the front desk attendant I dealt with was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The rooms were clean, but the furniture needed fixing or updating; the shower was outdated; they had no hot water for tea anywhere except the kitchen; and there were no water bottles in the fridge. I'd book here again if I HAD to or everything else was too expensive."

"It’s was a hot weekend in DC but and the pool was closed and looked really sad. The room was clean but it’s very dated. The Hotel is in a good location with many restaurants in walking distance."
