"The hotel is recently renovated so it’s very nice and clean. However, the staff were not so helpful. They did not bother to address a major noise complaint."

"Great location to the National Mall for walking back and forth. Nice to have the Starbucks right next door. The concierge was very helpful with information on sights to see and visit and helped us with the electric bikes. He was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very busy when we were there, and there was always swarms of people coming and going, and somehow the noise levels from neighboring rooms filtered into our room each night. It seems like it isn't made with sound barrier material. All in all our week long stay was awesome."
