โGood location. Easy to find. Close to Koreatown. Clean. Have free parking. Have massage on location if you want. Had to put down a 2000 pesos deposit and they will return it to you if thereโs no damages to the room.โ
โI am a guest in room 601.
The staff was friendly and generally nice.
I wish there was more variety in the food menu.
I wish there were tissues in the room.
I would like to see more customer service for my next stay.โ
โNice space if your the only guest booked in. But the place will seems to be a bit crowded if the place will have another 3 to 4 guests booked in. Its a good thing we are the only guest time that's why we enjoyed the place. Not to mention the owner and the caretaker is very nice too.โ
โCanโt be picky! You really get what you pay for. Relatively close to the red light district.
Reception didnโt really tell us anything, just handed us the keys. We had to come down multiple times to ask for blankets, extra towels, WiFi code vouchers, to fix the air conditioning, etc. Seems a bit odd that thereโs a kitchen area with a fridge, sink, and cupboards, but no plates/utensils, microwave, or stove.
Our room was facing a road/highway, and the sound traveled through a small balcony...
โI had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability.
I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative...
โPics of the place are old when it was renovated years ago. Place looks nothing like the pics. Itโs run down and dirty. They wonโt give you a refund if you look at the place and donโt stay because the place is dirty. Stay clear. โ
