"Room was clean, a good size and very suitable. Location is excellent and was very quiet considering the festival in the park next door. Very minimal noise heard in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only issue was that the shower had no hot water. Not that it ran out of cold water, the hot water tap had no water going through it! I thought it may have been centrally temp controlled and just used the cold tap - but no. The only water that could be used to shower was cold. The sink had hot water, so not sure. Unable to report to staff as we kept missing them over the weekend. Overall it was a good stay but two cold showers in late Autumn dampened the rating a little."

"Great apartment in a perfect location. Easy walk to the main CBD, Southbank and close to public transportation. Rooms were spacious and perfect for our family. Our view was amazing looking out over the Brisbane river and towards the city. Checking staff were helpful. Only negatives would be no dish cloth, no soap, body wash and only 1 bag liner."

"Restaurant chairs are in need of replacement or at least a deep clean with a lot of dirty marks. Carpet in the room was also looking a little worse for wear and could use some spot stain cleaning at least, especially if you've paid for a premier room. Staff were the stand-out for this hotel. Friendly, professional and attentive in all areas of the hotel but that would be the only area I would say this hotel outstrips competition. Public reception areas were well presented and clean but restaurant and my room were not at the same standard."

"Room was spacious, we booked a suite with laundry as we were on a long trip, so it was very convenient for laundry. Outer door did not lock and phone did not work. Had to go down to front desk and one of the attendants knew what the issue was and took a screwdriver and went to fix the lock."

"Stayed here a number of times in the past. Unfortunately, this time the elevators and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room was far from clean. The oven had visible food stains, the couch pillows were stained, and there was mould present in the bathrooms. The price was good, but regardless of cost, the room and hotel should still be clean and well maintained."
